Just got the Cedo yesterday and already made it my main primary. Its crazy how much fun it is

This is how I motivate my newbies in the clan to rank up until MR8 (Cedo Set). If they do it fast enough to reach required MR I don't mind throwing in a catalyst, r5 deadhead and some forma to help them progress to star chart. So far I've helped maybe 4-5 people and it's priceless how they would talk for days about why they did not aim to get Cedo very early in the game. Absolutely amazing how you feel that huge step up with your loadout when you get Cedo.

Ive been using the cedo ever since it came out, love this damn thing. I always find new ways to use it too, recently began using it with hunter track and primary obstruct on titania to give her a wide cc and priming ability for her razorflies and diwata. Makes them actually usable which is crazy
I got a riven for it a while back and it’s been my go-to weapon ever since. Absolutely incredible weapon and it’s alt-fire can even be used to clear low level stuff super quick, which people really underrate.
(It’s +ms +fire rate -ammo max and it’s so damn incredible; turned my favorite gun into a must)
For me, it's alt-fire is even able to clean SP enemies lol 😂

Cedo my beloved
I'm a Lavos main who, somehow, didn't have the Cedo earlier. I've gotten into SP very recently (still doing Earth) and I actually found myself a friend in Warframe who is like a mentor to me, since we both main Lavos. He told me I need to immediately get the Cedo, gave me his builds, and gave me some weapon combos. I'm still properly building out the Cedo, but man, this thing has easily become my favorite weapon. The way you can get tons of status on enemies with Lavos & primers, then obliterate everything with the Cedo is beyond insane.
For me, I run Lavos with all 4 main elements, then a Cedo with Viral & Heat to strip armor and spread Viral alongside my Panzer, along with an Epitaph armed with either Magnetic or Viral depending on the faction, and a Skiajati armed with Slash & Viral. I'm planning to try replacing the Epitaph and Skiajati with a Kompressa & Xoris, as apparently they synergize really well with the Cedo, but man, I love this weapon along with Lavos.
Just got it the other day and figured I'd level it in the entrati labs for xp and a good damage test. Wow. I barely modded it and it was cutting everything down at lvl 0.
try putting punch through on it and shooting the glaive into a mag bubble
It would be really cool if you did show the builds you would use for certain things with your weapons and frames so people who want to try it out manages to get a idea of what they should build, amazing video though!

im using cedo on my 500%+ strenght MIRAGE, with exception of corrosive (i have that one on companion) and viral (taken care by nourish) it has ALL elemental types + mirage clones for 3x multishot + 1k% eclipse = melting SP just with the glaive + with the new archon shards you get permanent shieldgate from orange "shield on blast status" + everyone in team will love you for the high energy bonusses from nourish + high damage/dr from eclipse + permanent CC of whole rooms
i dont even mod crit/fire rate since you rarely use the primary fire mode and if you do, it oneshots anyway (and whisps and citrines/harrows are decently common picks in randoms)
Good video, really a good weapon, but personally I prefer videos that are a bit longer, not something crazy but like 6/7 min. I love everything else, keep up umbra❤️

Main drawback of CEDO is that much of the damage comes from the shotgun pellet itself, but you cannot stack high damage fire/electric/toxin/gas status procs cuz of its 0,6% status chance per projectile - so at least for high damage Slash procs - with normal crits Hunter Munitions with highest crit setup works 30% of the time. On the other hand It has pretty large magazine size (40) for a shotgunm of a Hit-scan Automatic type, combined with a fire-rate + PunchThrough setup (using Warframe arcane / mods / Wisp molts) it shreds normal enemies, especially when they are primed with its Alt-fire.
Priming does not work the same on bosses like Lephantis, Hemocite, Accolites or Archons, but because of its Multishot (base 6) X Magazine (base 40) X Automatic Firerate (base 3.8 per sec) and overall high base damage it can outperform Phelarx with bosses like Hemocite with their armor removed without the need of reloading - pretty useful in the Current Plague Star event. (Armor stripping using Unaru school 2nd ability / Shattered impact melee mod on gunblade / Hyldrin's Pillage / Mag's Fractured Crush , etc ).
Hey I haven't watched the video since Idk what this gun is and I want to try to see most of what I can for myself since im just over 100 hours in the game. But I hope you make videos on this channel that are new player build oriented.
Imagine Xaku armor strip + Cedo Alt. Burn through 9999 SP enemies like a butter.
I use the Cedo as a primer, yes, because i can basically single tap prime a lot of enemies, for my Kullervo to destroy them all

The only downside is sometimes it does like 2 statuses no matter how hard you try and enemies that don’t take status are comepletely invincible to this gun

The fact you put an energy color on cedo when having no energy color gives you a rainbow glaive hurts my heart.

We got gauss protea and xaku in front of lavos, assuming we even see a cedo prime at all lol. Lavos might come before xaku but probably not. So we got about another year of prime rotations before lavos

cedo builds with status not critical
I dont get the people who worry about fire rate. Theres only a couple of guns in the game that need fire rate help. This isnt one of them. Its fire rate is as fast as a normal assault rifle, But has a shotgun kick. Higher fire rate is asking for misses outside of controlled swiping. And its not even necessary as its one of the highest single shot damage shotguns in the game. Add that to a medium sized overall ammo count and a medium timed reload, And you're going to be missing, stalled for reloading, and running out of ammo. All for a gun that feeds off of over time status procs and popping single targets that have been status primed with its secondary. Its the last gun in the game that needs a higher fire rate. But people see the DPS calculation in overframe or ideal conditions in simulacrum and think its worth it to have an M60 shotgun.
What a load of rubbish, my most used gun is the credo and it needs fire rate especially if you’re using critical deceleration
