Did you say what yarn you are using
I had so many rounds to get through I just added the materials in the description section. The yarn I am using is Hobbii twister yarn. A size 2 weight. I added the exact name of the color in the description for you if you would like to check that out. 🤗🧶❤️
Love this but Do you have to use a size 2 weight yarn or can you have a 3, or 4 size weight ?

YES, Actually! I think you could go up to a size 5 weight and be good. 6 weight might be too bulky and lose stitch definition. 🤗🧶❤️

It appears that the color change flows every four rows. Are you having to cast off and go to the next color? This is also why I’m concerned about doing the truffle blanket with the truffle yarn. Tension can make a difference? I know what I’m trying to ask you and tell you, but I’m having a hard time. Hopefully you will understand what I’m saying and asking 🤷🏼♀️

What’s the rough dimensions of the finished blanket?
Thank you so much for asking. I am only using one ball of the Hobbii Twister yarn. There is quite a lot of yarn in that one cake and if I’m only making a baby blanket there should be more than enough yarn. I have not finished the project yet to know the exact dimensions one cake will get me to but I will post that information one’s the project is complete.
Because the shape of this project is a square, a great baby blanket size would be 36 inches in diameter. A receiving blanket has a 40 inch diameter, then a small throw blanket = 50 inch diameter and a large throw = 60 inch diameter. So just keep working any size yarn you want to play with using this pattern until you reach that dimension cross. I hope this helps! 🤗🧶❤️

What other yarn can we use to make this blanket
Great question! You can actually use a LOT of different kinds of yarn to make this project. Any yarn that is a size 2 weight thru a size 5 weight. I would avoid anything textured so that you can see the stitches clearly. And then just keep working up the pattern repeat until your blanket is the size you want. 😊🧶❤️
