My step father used to cook this when I was young and I never forgot about how good it tasted even after 9 years later. Whenever my mom asks me what I want for dinner I always said Potato green and I've been begging her to make this since my step dad left the country 9 years ago but she said she really can't. She told me that when she tried making this it tasted horrible and a lot of food was wasted so she vowed to never make this again. Today is the day I finally search for it after craving it for 9 years!!! I'm so excited to cook this. My forever favorite food!!
