Different people metabolize vitamin D differently. Some have no issues taking it later in the day. I took mine around 5pm yesterday, and I slept fine. The advice in this video could apply to maybe 50% of people, but for many people, it does not make a difference.

I am vitamin D deficient I try my best to sit in the Sun for at least 20 minutes a day and that helps only in the summertime and I'm so grateful for this information because I used to take it at night and I would also take the supplement w/o food so this info really assisted me

I'd taken vit d for years in its own before I saw his videos. Not once had any health professional told me to take K2 when they were telling me I should supplement with vitamin D 😱😱
I’m so glad that I came this doctor sharing so much good information because at the time I was diagnosed by my dermatologist with alopecia my vitamin D was very low and now I also no it’s not doing anything without me taking it with fat so im switching to the ones with the coconut oil also

How about you focus on Magensium instead, especially if you are over 30? Calcium overload can cause severe problems. Its easier to overdose and harder to get out of your body. The older you get, the less Calcium supplements you should take. Magnesium is far mor important!

I mostly work at night and I always take my Vitamin D, Cod liver oil and Milk Thistle with my breakfast, I always plan to sleep for 5 hours, but I realised each time I take these supplements I only sleep for two hours. So, I stopped taking them. Dr. Mandell please advice me on what to do. Thanks
Oh!! Thank You Dr I was for a while taking with evening meal but not now I take after lunch as my morning intake breakfast isn’t very much and lunch time have a small bowl of mixed nuts with dark chocolate grapes and peppermint tea 🫖

For me it acts like melatonin. I can’t take vitamin D because it sends me to sleep for the whole day.

Some doctors says you should take vitamin K2 only if you take more then 1000iu of vitamin D every day..

Vitamin D is absorbed through K2. Please start taking K2. Early in the morning with your meal or meals.
