- In this video, I show you how to install the bearing mod upgrade from Ghost Sim Racing.
The bearing upgrade is a vital enhancement for SimJack, Simsonn, SimuBox, or Ruito pedal systems, designed to solve a prevalent issue: the excessive friction and play caused by the standard brass bushings. Our kit replaces these bushings with high-quality bearings, greatly reducing pedal play and ensuring a smoother, more precise pedal operation. For those considering our Phantom SP5-Pro pedals, there’s no need to worry - these come equipped with this bearing upgrade as a standard feature, providing an optimized experience right out of the box.

I recently bought this upgrade kit in addition to the elastomer kit. I highly recommend both! Both completely overhaul the SimJack pedals from stock. Shipping was fast and the customer service was phenomenal. I will definitely be keeping an eye out for more products from Ghost Sim Racing!
Thanks so much! Happy to hear it!
I just recieved my set of SimJack Pro pedals. I plan to order this bearing set for the SimJacks.
Great! We updated our bearing mod with a handful of custom-made parts including bearings. Installation is the same but instead of the two nuts you have 1 long nut in the middle and no 1mm spacers. Shoot us an email if you have any questions.

@@ghostsimracingofficial Thanks. Happy to know you are using a spacer nut in the middle, between the bearings.
Hi Ghost Sim Racing, the original bolts are M6, can you confirm there is absolutely no issue/free play with using M5 bolts instead with this upgrade, especially on the pedal base, which has 6mm holes and especially on the brake side when using a strong load cell pedal (e.g. 200kg)?
Also, I assume this would be 100% compatible with original SimJack Pros?
Thanks!
Hey, yes this is correct. We have known multiple dozens of users using this same hardware and have 0 issues. This is the most popular modification done by SimJack users. Yes, compatible with SimJack and similar.
@@ghostsimracingofficial Awesome, gonna order a couple sets, thanks so much for the quick response :)
Are those basically the same as Sim Jack and Simsonns?
Correct. The new Simsonns come with their own bearing design.
Im trying this on simsonn pedals I can’t get the bearings out
The new simsonn pedals come with bearings already installed. I dont see a need to install this on those.
I been looking on this pedals. But very hard to understand what country it's bought from and if I need to pay taxes.
We are in Chattanooga, TN. Shoot me an email if you have a more questions. I’d be happy to help.
I had to pay an extra $58 for duties to ship to Canada for the H pattern shifter.
Would have been nice to know in advance.
@@talon1706 yes I will have to pay to much to order from the US.
