Body composition makes the biggest difference. It’s crazy that you lost 10 pound. That’s significant because it could mean that you lost more fat in general since muscle is more dense. It’s amazing in general, not just for a 30 day challenge. I am trying to complete my 100LBS weight loss journey after messing up big time during the pandemic. I am making progress.

I’m definitely looking into this. Haven’t had my trainer since Covid began (she’s an ICU nurse so shout out to her!) then the gym closed for about 8 months and I have totally lost any motivation I had. I think I’ll give this a try.
@@norahalsokaiti I worked out 5 days a week on the ATU program and I did 3 rounds of each excercise. It took maybe 85 minutes or so to complete that. It takes longer if I watched the videos explaining each exercise, but I don’t think it ever took 1.5 hours to complete. I also added an 8 minute yoga warmup. That time frame does not include the cardio workouts. I also did the superhero nutrition plan the entire time and stuck to it.
This video’s structure is great, my only issue is we didn’t get a before and after side by side pics, would of helped us see the differences easier like other video’s. Congrats on ur progress and keep it up.x

Loved your review, thank you! I ended up signing up and I agree with your comments about ATU mobile. Two other issues I’d like to mention about it-the way it’s set up is doing a particular exercise with an allotted amount of sets and reps. Next exercise is the associated stretch. The way it’s supposed to go is do one set of the exercise and then the stretch during your rest, then next set then stretch, etc. I only happen to know that because I heard him say it on another video. Other thing I don’t like is when you go to log your sets for the stretch (not the exercise I think), it will show what you logged from another day with no distinction. That bothers me. For diet- he has it laid out in his book Superhero nutrition, so I picked that up. I do think it is helpful though. I also log my food in an app to see what my calorie count is. Workouts take me an hour and I dont think they’re too grueling. It should be noted that there are no diet tips on the website. Oh and no way to log your cardio on the website. It all is very reasonable and I think anyone can do it. It’s not perfect there are inconsistencies or other issues but it is nice that it’s pretty laid out for a person without spending hundreds. I am not even a week in. Will see how it goes. Thank you for a great review!

Some self owned clinics allow walk ins without referrals, some you need a doctors order. I would research outpatient clinics in your area that focus on backs especially! For example where I live there’s one that’s a “neurosurgery and spine” clinic and they only work on backs. Hope this helps!

We have such a similar body shape and it makes me feel really good seeing someone else with it! I also have body dysmorphia and it can really mess with me sometimes.
