Done it!! 22kg 47kg 32kg - 50kg sounds not much more but was a bit scary. No squat rack. I will repeat the series for sure!! Thanks a lot Tom!! Keep up the hard work!!
Get yourself some squat stands if you don’t have space for a rack. 👍

I have a pull bar on which i add two heavy backpacks on both the sides and use it as a barbell. You don't know how much you have helped me to gain muscle 💪. Great work 👏

Great series my friend! Girl weight lifter problem - the barbell on my shoulders vs pony tail. We got a little tangled a couple of times there but no worries - its all worked out now. I thought of another work out person you could film a follow along with - Pahla B. She does 50plus women's workouts. She doesn't use a barbell but has plenty of dumbell weight videos - might be a good laugh. Anyway thank you for your work putting this series together - and you are doing a great job with your calls to action in the video.

Hi Tom, great workouts, i was wondering if after 4-6 weekss of doing it (even with progressive overload) i should change schedule, because I'm feeling good and always challenging with progressive overload so i was wondering if this was good or if i need to change schedule. Thanks :)
I’ll often stay on a plan for 3-6 months if I’m enjoying it. I have a new Barbell Plan out on Sept 25th called the COMBO plan which is a 16 workouts / 4 workouts a week / 4 week plan if you fancy a change and new challenge. Hope you can join me for it 💪🏼

Maybe go a little lighter &/or wear a lifting belt. Definitely a big challenge on core strength these lower body barbell ones.
How many times should I do this in a week?
Try and do 3-4x 30+ min workouts/week but mix in some of my other videos rather than repeating the same one multiple times in a week.
