What a delicious mess- to my kitchen! Converted your metric amounts to american measure but my dough was not rollable, so I made ball shaped cookies with some additional flour. I simply flattened, milk bathed and baked the biscuits ; they came out great. Couldn't find custard mix at my large grocer but a cost plus (import goods) had it. Will try out your custard cookies next, thanks for sharing. Namaste, O.

Custard powder is made of cornflour, yellow colouring and vanilla flavouring so you can use those instead.
