Woke up with a crick in my neck & shoulder. I was determined to workout anyways. I took some care of the neck & shoulder before working out. This workout was perfect & I feel even better. Thanks for generously providing so many types of workouts. I am so grateful to find you. You do an amazing job training me.
I train constantly, I am proud of my progress, I got to 2x33 pounds for the chest press for example...then...every time I follow one of your barre workouts...2 pounds and dead arms!!! 😒LOL!!!🤣😂🤣😂 thank you for this great workout!!!🤩😍😘

I couldn't wait ,so I did this at 10 pm. It was amazing. I could feel the burn but it was oddly calming! It brings me back to my 16 years of ballet class when I was young. Thanks so much!
Thanks Michelle! I don't usually care for barre workouts much, but this was better than others I have done. It reminded me of the ballet classes I took many years ago. I always loved ballet, but I still have the same difficulty now as I did then, which is coordinating my arm and leg movements together! I guess that's why I don't usually like barre workouts, because I end up feeling frustrated. You are so talented with all of the different types of workouts you teach! Thank you for bringing so much variety to the workouts! I did your 12 minute biceps and triceps strength workout as an add-on to this, to round out the shoulders workout I did yesterday 😊
