I’ve started I’ve redone the same part of my hair 4 times because I just don’t like it, and now I’m starting to realise my parts are still too big but it’s very hard to tell, did you notice your twists changing size while they were locking? I don’t know if the size of the twist I’m seeing now ( not when I’m tugging on it, because it looks one size when I’m stretching it out by holding it and then another when I let it go it shrinks up and puffs out)will be the size of the formed loc. but I do worry about going smaller because of tension and weight, I don’t wanna be dealing with breakage or anything

    • @queentyquana

How do you use? Just a little on your hand as you twist? At the scalp? I’m a little lost on the how there. Also once I two strand twist and interlock. I’m assuming I should just be wearing a bonnet nightly and not washing or manipulating for a month. Idk when is the right time to touch/style.

    • @queentyquana

hi beautiful, congratulations on starting your journey!! i’d suggest using the murray’s loc gel or something similar to that consistency for your twists. i just used a little as i was twisting down just to give the twist a little hold. i didn’t put any on my scalp.
yes, wear your bonnet nightly and i waited 4 weeks before washing with shampoo but i didn’t spritz my hair daily. try not to manipula your hair a lot especially while it is wet because this will cause your twists to unravel.
