These overlanding videos are truly some of the most engaging, quality and overall incredible videos on RUclips. Always blown away by the amount of editing and time that goes into these and how they don't get more user attention. Please continue to bless all of us with the content that you've been posting, cheers!
Fabulous video. No music, minimal talking, awesome pictures and videos of the actual challenges of the trail. New sub! Don’t change your content man! This was great
We have a cabin on this trail route. The trails used to be nice and accessible. Now so many off-road groups tear them up you can’t hardly get down to the creek anymore
Absolutely an underrated comment. Watching you guys offroad, tells me you need to run lower tire pressures, and crawl more. The more aggressive your driving, the worse the trail conditions become! You just tear the trails up, and it means others cannot enjoy them as well. 4x4 consciously, leave it as you found it!
This video does such an excellent job capturing not only the wheeling, but the entire trip. Everything from the scenic views, amazing rigs, lunch time snacks and all the fun in between. It's not about the RUclipsr and his truck. It's about everyone else and sharing the experience, giving us the best possible video. Lots of RUclipsrs can learn from this video and the still camera shots are the icing on the cake.
I love the still shots popping up during the video, it adds to the dynamics of the moment. The Merch I ordered has been shipped. Can’t wait to share your channel on my JK door, sharing the love of Overlanding.
Were we watching the same video? Because the wranglers kept getting stuck. The 4runner did better. I was looking for a wrangler but now I'm wondering why people keep overpaying for wranglers.
I love watching rock crawling videos from around western USA and Canada. Having to deal with steep mountains and snow always looks so fun and rewarding, but having grown up in Louisiana I certainly respect the difficulty of trying to overcome deep gumbo, black land mud. Sometimes, you just can't beat the trail in those conditions. No matter how you have your rig set up, no traction, is no traction. Lol. Great video!
So I was already drooling over the rigs and then you focused in on those fried morel mushrooms and I had to go change my shirt! You guys have fun and it's awesome to watch when I can't get away myself.
Awesome video thank you for sharing, where I live a lot lifted Jeep’s and Toyota’s are just asphalt jewelry, the pictures you took can be your 2022 calendar, stay safe and GOD BLESS
Great video! Nice to see a mix of vehicles offroading. Impressed at how that 4 runner trdoffroad just ate the trails. Future 4runner goals right there! Great way to show how durable and capable IFS can really be!
Excellent content. Excellent video work. Editing was good. Sound was top notch. Length of video was spot on engaging. The terrain was superb for challenging all vehicles and rewarding for the campsites and restaurant at the end of the day(s). The group interactions were top notch respectable. Nobody yelling over top of another person. 1 person spotting as opposed to 3 or 5 people shouting out directions confusing the drivers. There was no rival of Jeep over Toyota, respecting each other and just having a good time. Looked like everyone was practicing safe wheeling and recovery. Cannot say enough good things about this video guys!
Im from the Missouri Ozarks and the best off road trail vehicle I've seen is a samurai that was lifted with 33 inch tires with full dif and a few other bells and whistles cuz the trails here are prom night tight lol
About two years ago we took a road trip up to Arkansas from Florida .We stayed in a tiny house and did some 4 wheeling in my Tacoma we had a blast and got to go to the Oark café for lunch great trip .
Man i really missed out by not having a 4x4 when i grew up in Lepanto. I finally got myself a 2000xj and seeing this makes me wanna come back home to visit
First time seeing your channel but wanted to say hello from lake Ozarks Bucksaw Marina area. Like .5 mile away. Love this new content. Don't have anything cool except a Corvette. Maybe put it on a 4x4 frame and join the club of off-road play😎
Alright, listen. I’m a Jeep guy. But your Taco is one nice looking rig. The color, the build, everything. Just overall, good looking and well performing rig. Kudos.
So the Jeep rubicon is the way to go if you have the money. Damn, this looks like so much fun. If only you guys could hunt on this trip and have fresh meat. Awesome!!
I know exactly where yall are camped in the beginning of the video!! Me and my little family camp there all the time, one of our favorite spots on the mulberry!! ❤ we'd love to run into yall out on the trails!
I just watched your trip from last year and now this year. It seems that everyone is doing their own filming and photography. If you guys were to shoot it like a well edited tv show that all of you could post to your channels (and have a dedicated camera rig/crew) it would be even better. Glad I found your channel and I hope you guys keep putting out content.
Really awesome video. Just finding your channel now. Great to see Toyotas and Jeeps getting along. Too many times you see groups of only Jeeps or only Toyotas. You can see they're all very capable in their own rights!
The still shots are a great add to the video!! Is there any opportunity to meet up at a trail ride? We have an XJ that’s a beast. It would take a lot to earn that soft shackle of shame.
Thanks for the feedback. It was something new I tried and I think the photos add to the story. Haha that's awesome, I don't have anything planned at the moment, but I'm sure one of these days. You can always come to rigs and coffee on the bentonville square every second saturday of the month. It's a good time to network and meet locals. Some people go trailing after.
@@ArkansasOffroad Thanks for the invite but I am in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and your six hours away. That would have to be some reaaaal good coffee 😎. Looking for more of a trail ride and camp. Our little band of brothers (four rigs in all) usually trailers to trails further than an hour. If your ever headed down this way we can point you in the right direction. Hidden Falls way south of here in the San Antonio area has a great set of trails. By the time you drive that far though you could probably make it to Moab 😏. Thank you for the videos!!
Awesome video, I love the team work, respect and comradery you all have for one another! Thanks for sharing this great adventure, and hello from Vancouver Island, BC, Canada. Looking forward to the next one!
Your RUclips channel is perfect bro! Gives me ideas of what I want and don’t want for my set up. I have an 18 frontier long boy and I’m slowly trying to turn it into an overland rig. Keep up the good work! You’ve got yourself a new subscriber here.
OArk Cafe. Been there many a time as well as the Ozarks and Turner Bend. Have you ever been to the Gambler 500 at Turner Bend in September or October? Quite fun and everyone is welcome!
Bought a new 4runner TRD pro late last year, enjoyed taking it a few easy places so far. Would love to know the entire combination that got that one on 35s. When these fox shocks one day wear down I might do a small lift and at least some 33s.
Great video. Did you mention the name of the trail you guys were on? I really like how you incorporate the still photos during the video. Really cool shots!
Loved seeing this from your perspective after having just watched Matt’s video over at OOA. But I gotta say, Kona steals the show when he picked and carried that tree limb. He looked so happy and proud of himself.
Fantastic video. Great editing. Looks like a fun group. I think you all need to just put on some tractor tires for that mud. 🤣🤣That stuff is crazy sticky.
I’m very very late to this video, but you mentioned the Mark Twain National Forest and caught my interest immediately. I grew up in the Mark Twain National Forest and love it. Can’t say I know of much overlanding going on there, so that’s definitely interesting to me. Also, here in the MO and AR area, what are the people in hammocks doing about all the mosquitos and stuff? The mosquitos are OBSESSED with me.
Been through the High Water Mark Trail a few times with my Land Cruiser brothern a lot of the spots in this video look familiar. Nice Taco and Happy Trails 🍻 from South Louisiana
What tires is everyone running? all are nice rigs. Great video thanks for sharing. I hope by next summer I will be able to go on these adventurs, but my Tundra is too big and too nice haha. I want the new Tacoma i-Force max, but custom build it for overlanding. Love the Tacomas you guys got though.
What a great trip! Good job on the video 👌 I live in Georgia, but I'm from Arkansas. I got a few more mods to go before I can handle the stuff you all made it through.
I do it all for that day 2 breakfast. I saved a 1985 Jeep Wagoneer from deathrow at a junkyard for $450, then dropped 6 grand into it (so far) and i live for adventures like this.
That 4Runner on 35’s is a beast!!!!
They all need bigger tires 37 to 40,
Finally an off road crew who actually OFF ROADS!! Great video!
If u wanna watch real proper off-roading search (4wd 24/7) they do the best off-roading on RUclips
@@nba_rayanz8901 My favorite channel on RUclips.
Right?
Exactly!
Here we go: a 2011 4runner with 4,0000,000 miles and only one oil change, against a brand new Cheep. Let's wait and see the inevitable. How exciting.
You guys are living life, I can’t even get one person to go off-road with me
I can't go because I have to work way too hard for what I have just to destroy it for entertainment
Lol same
That 4runner killing it. Awesome car man!

Wow Aidan, that's one of the nicest comments I've ever gotten. I really appreciate that. Not many people realize how much work it takes!
Seeing Freddy Mercury in the outdoors wheeling the Ozarks, Awesome 😂🤣👍🏽

@@cormblue TBH it didn’t even look like they aired down at all
I’m not sure how you can destroy a trail like that and decide it’s good content. I’d be ashamed.
@@WBR79 your on the wrong channel my friend. Not much you can do about destroying trails when it’s muddy.

Thanks! It was something new I wanted to try out. I think I agree, it adds to the story.
Great! Thanks again for the support!
Agree!
The 4Runner couldn’t be stopped. Even on a long wheel base he could do anything that the Jeep’s were doing and do it better. Big props!
Were we watching the same video? Because the wranglers kept getting stuck. The 4runner did better. I was looking for a wrangler but now I'm wondering why people keep overpaying for wranglers.
Shows Toyota in the beginning that was knocking like hell lol.
He literally said. Anything the jeep could do the runner could do better. You’re so smart man.
@@jonc2914 Because the wranglers actually went off roading. The Toyota’s kept taking the bypass. Remember? Rewind the video.
Don’t compare a 4-runner to a Jeep Wrangler. The Jeep is so superior it’s not even worth talking about.
Jeeps have wild articulation, amazing cars, great vid!
I love how they were always so eager to go the hardest route. It's inspiring to other jeep owners
This should be a commercial for the Toyota 4Runner. Great driving.
Fun video. "Toyota Representing " I would never get stuck either if I went around every obstacle in the trail..LOL
Awesome!! So much fun...I can't wait until next year!! Thanks Grant!
Same here!
I'm going to take a second to say " Thank you guys " for not adding annoying background music....
Nice job! Ild injoy the hell out of that trip
20:06 “I’m just rolling in case you fall in the mud.”, now that’s a real friend.lol
Always haha
Never said soo many “wow wow wow “ soo many time in one video … don’t have any words to say Hats off
Climbing along that wall sideways showed why the flex from a solid front axle is great.
