What is up with the haters on this video?! I see this stuff and want to bring my PW up there. I love seeing these heavily modified vehicles but that, what appears to be a nearly stock Ram 1500 with running boards, makes me want to get my stock Power Wagon out there. I haven’t done anything too crazy yet. 😬

Do ya'll carry wd40 for water displacement like in the mountain yota situation? Pretty sure it's water in the ignition system. If you suspect water intrusion spray it down with the wd40 and "dry" it out.

I don't get why y'all take such terrible lines... It's like, are you trying to roll/flip, or get your rigs stuck?! Or is EVERYONE in the group new or more about flexing instead of just getting there? 90% of the predicaments in this video were unnecessary.

Sweet trip! The white tacoma got water in coils for the spark plugs that's why it sounded like it was miss firing used to happen to my sxs's all the time we would put dielectric grease in the plug coils and it would be fine in deep water.
Was a good trip for sure! Yeah, apparently there was too much water inside the electrical connection of the fuel pump. I can see how water in the coils for the plugs would do that too
Fuel pump failed. Shorted out in the water. It was unfortunate for sure.
What size tires are on Arien's green 5th gen 4runner ?
And they take pictures of the trucks driving through mud puddles?! WTF??
Good stuff every where. Crossing the river is scary! some taco's are TRD sport and doing serious offroading? Should have gotten the TRD O/R instead for the locker and ATRAC. What's up with that taco with electrical issues? So new but already electrical issues? Then the other taco with super charger is dead. This makes me worried with my taco O/R taking O/R. At 45 min I though he is going to break front right CV! Overall you guys had fun! Enjoy! Greetings form West TX!
I don’t think you would have flopped there. Then again, I don’t know much about the Tacoma, but I think it would have balanced out. We three and two wheel a lot, but better safe than sorry.

That was a hood rally to be on! Alternator baths, mud, water crossings, taco high fives…nice…oh and as an 80 owner we do consume fuel like a fat kid eats cake…😂

I think your Better off building an old Toyota or old bronco or something like that. The less computers and electronics the better.
How does one run out of gas when one is specifically on a trip that was known and planned for, likely for months in-advance, or was it in fact a mechanical issue that impacted fuel delivery? When the latter happens, how is that dealt w/, especially when in the middle of nowhere?

Little tip for the open diff guys when your straddling and have one wheel barely not touching tap that brake pedal on and off and it’ll get the wheel with traction to move a little vs throttling like crazy and hoping it does something hope that helps. 🙂👍 awesome videos I’m in Texas and I really hope I get a chance to go into the Ozarks this year!

I am curious about the flat bed on the dessert Tacoma.
It's so funny, I made a comment on a video about the Ford Bronco Raptor, and people still tell me I'm a fool and don't know what I'm talking about. I own an FJ Cruiser and my brother-in-law builds rock crawlers so I do a little off-roading when I can break away from work. My comment was that the Bronco was overpriced and if I were going to buy another off-road vehicle it would be a Toyota or JEEP. I was told the Bronco Raptor is the best off-road vehicle and I would be an idiot if I chose a lesser vehicle. Awesome video.

I'm not trying to insult anyone, it's a free country, but does anyone notice that putting shyt on the roof makes it a little top heavy? Off camber situations are not looking kosher, I'm into offroad, I like camping, but I think I'd rather have less shit on my rig then more, but I get it , you guys live in your truck 🚚 🛻 down by the river 😅 I do love the utility bed , but I couldn't never mount an awning on my Tacoma S.A.Swap, or a penthouse on the roof, but if it makes you happy, gopher it!

Not sure, but his particular rig gets much worse gas mileage than the rest of the group

Got the truck all decked out, supercharger, snorkel, except a brain, expensive mistake.
There was a loose connection on the fuel pump and the water didn’t like it. Wasn’t anything he did wrong.
But yeah….
Now I wanna get my Taco muddy lol
