    I really like the Pendulum Squat. That machine is a beast for quads.

    Replaced back squats with belt squats and my legs blew up. Plus, no more back pain.

      @Brennaneggers hell yeah. Plus I can still go heavy. I highly recommend them. Lots of powerlifters use that as an alternative as well.

      @ I used to have one, but not at the gym I’m at currently. I’ll have to get one!
