I occassionally still come back to watch these videos. Who else?
It's just fascinating to witness how a narcisstic person is not only torn apart by their own lies, but also by Depp's witnesses.
It's mind boogling to me how many similiarities are there to the Jodi Arias trial, actually to the same type of narcissists that Jodi and Amber are.
At first Jodi built up different stories how Travis was murdered. Then she told everyone, including in interviews and interrogations, that she just wanted to protect Travis by not admitting how a cruel person he arguably was.
The only real difference to Amber is that Jodi at some point had no other chance anymore than to admit that she killed him. Amber never admitted to have ever hurt Johnny, eventhough she occassionally, even on tape, admitted to it, but she never admitted in court to ever had started a physical fight first.
And after everything is said and done, verdict read, the first thing Amber did is participating in an interview where she still does not take any responsibilities. That's so blatant narcisstic.
Unless Amber doesn't come clean any time in future, no one should ever cast her again nor paying money for a ticket.
The allegations she made, the suffering she caused, are so severe that, to me, it should be a natural cause that she will never be able to return to her privileged life as an actress nor model.

As a man who was scared into taking a plea deal to domestic battery. With no resources to properly defend myself, or knowledge of the legal system, as I had never been in trouble before. I find this especially gratifying. I was beaten and belittled by a woman for years. I lost my sense of self. I was isolated from my friends, and when my face was bloody, and the cops were called I was taken to jail because she had bruises on her forearms from me trying to stop her physical abuse. Men were given the golden ticket for far too long, and I am against all form of violence towards women. However, we should still have a voice too. Good on our justice system and the jury for listening to the facts and exposing the truth.

and i'm damn proud it was a woman who fought for him. a woman who worked her bones off for this trial was not only recognized for her ability to tough it out "like the real boys", but played a huge role in the jury voting in favor _unanimously._
this is a huge step forward for all of us. a man was able to share his feelings and finally seek closure and a woman got to show the world how we're just as capable of fighting.

@@yourbootyholeisyourbeautyhole Thank you, and I agree with everything else you said too. It's sad too, that she mentioned true women victims of domestic violence, and how this set everyone back. Unfortunately, she is correct, but it's herself that caused that. When I listen to her recordings it's truly disgusting, and all too real. We, as men, still typically don't report that stuff, because of what you mentioned, "real men don't cry". In my particular situation. I was the one who eventually called the police on her, and I was arrested. There are a lot of aspects of this case that brought horrifying truths to light, and it's ugly in every situation. I hope that police departments everywhere are studying this case, and reexamining how to handle certain situations, and take them on a case by case basis. I'm glad JD decided to lay it on the line. This proves if you tell the truth, you can prevail. Man, or woman it doesn't matter. Innocent until proven guilty. I think the world believes that more now, and that in my mind helps the system immensely. I feel this verdict helped remind us all that truth it what matters.

If the people at the ACLU heard the recordings, and they have a lick of sense, they will remove AH as an ambassador. In every recording, JD wants to leave, and she goes after him and harasses him. I have never met a victim who is terrified of their abuser, but still goes after him and picks at that abuser - that "monster". But I have known plenty of narcissists who will pick on their partners, in order to incite and instigate a reaction or animated exchange with their partners, so that then they can play "victim".
