Whispers in the dark live is straight awesome
I think I've seen Skillet live more than any other music artist cuz I've seen them at least 5 times and they always bring a lot of energy and put on a great show. I would consider this song to be one of their hits cuz they usually always play it live. You guys should check out the title track from their new album Dominion and Beyond Incredible from the same album.
I have to admit I've never heard of Skillet, but upon looking them up I see they've had 11 albums that have sold a ton of music. I haven't heard Christian rock since Stryper. Amazing how much music is about here worth noting. 🎶🎶
Not Gonna Die, Finish Line, white Horse, Save Me, This is the Kingdom, Better than Drugs, Circus for a Psycho, Standing in the Storm, Energy....it's hard to not make a huge list with them. Definitely check out their newest album this year. Not my favorite but got some good ones on it.
The Resistance is my favorite Skillet song.
I definitely hear several rock artists influences in this song. Definitely a hit in the making. I'd be surprised if doesn't become one.
They live up here in Kenosha. So pretty cool! I have his biography - good read!They have a distinct sound. I can pick their music and say "that's Skillet". The solos are brief but great! Of course, the message is on point! Love that they are positive and able to sing about things that have deeper meaning.
My friend once got me convinced to go to a skillet x nickleback concert.. was.. interesting lol

Doesn't Skillet sound like every other band of this era?Nu Metal to now has not changed,Rock has gone nowhere. Nothing new, nothing intersting. Formulaic and generic.
Sounds like everything else.
