A trigger-happy, burned-up outlaw is jonesing and goes on the run, and a washed up corrupt and disillusioned cop gives chase.
Headed rapidly towards death, "cool breeze" Jessie is the "fastest gun in the West" , who has chosen corrupt policemen as targets --before long, he has a trail of dead policemen in his wake.
Meanwhile, hard-drinking cop "One-punch Steve Hill" is suddenly in the news after killing one of L.A.'s most notorious drug dealers in a violent shoot out.
Desperate to make an impression, Hill single-handedly attempts to re-capture him, vigilante style. But things get out of control when "one-punch" loses his grip on reality and will do anything to get the outcome he wants...
Word reaches Jessie , who vows to challenge Steve once he hits the ghettos of Los Angeles. In a final intense showdown battle, Hill and Jessie come face to face , head-to-head in a chilling L. A. shoot out with _________? as the outcome.
