    Toronado, next thing will be a Cutlass class. Of the Kelvin style ships, this is my favorite.

    • @TriAngulumStudiosAudioComics
      @TriAngulumStudiosAudioComics  9 дней назад

      LOL noooooo, but it will be a class that people of early 2000's gaming will remember ;)

      @@TriAngulumStudiosAudioComics okay, not the cutlass, LOL! Hey had to go there, Oldsmobiles you know? 😂 To be fair Atlas is also a Volkswagen. Reliant was a Plymouth. But of course not too many people of the early 2000s gaming era would make that connection…..or will they? 🤔 LOL.

    Sometimes I wonder what the possibilities are of seeing a crossover between the main timeline and the Kelvin timeline in Star Trek, since we saw mentions of KT in Discovery and Prodigy, it would be very interesting to see what KT is like in the 24th-25th century. .

      Technically, having Mr. Spock in the first movie qualifies, as if I remember correctly, the Kelvin timeline was an alternative timeline, brought about when Spock was sent to that timeline.

    Great job on the story. As well as the model for this. I've not been too keen on the Kelvin ships...at least for the size but that's just me.
    I too love alternate reality stuff. Stargate SG-1, SG-A and SG-U all had their own episodes of that and I loved each of them. Of course we know Star Trek had a done a couple of them but I wish they had touched up more for alternate reality stories. TNG Parallels was a fun episode.

    Oh I like this one! I love designs like these, with the nacelles and secondary hull individually attaching to the saucer section.
    How do you make these kitbash designs, by the way?

    The Narada was known to the Borg as the “Outlier” in the comics…and V’Ger was in the Delta Quadrant when the Narada appeared in this timeline and made a trip there after getting Nero and the crew out of that prison planet…so it all makes sense

    • @driftbandit4740
      @driftbandit4740 9 дней назад +2

      Yes, from the Star Trek Boldly Go Comic however according to the narrative that the author is using there is a major difference. Via Boldly Go, The Enterprise crew went their separate ways while the Enterprise A was being built and Kirk and a few others transferred to the USS Endeavor which later on has their first meeting with the Borg. Via the Author went with the storyline from ST6 The Undiscovered Country which the Enterprise A was well in service. Only difference was after Chancellor Gorkon was killed, Chang worked with the Enterprise crew to find out that the Romulans were involved which lead to the Federation/Klingon Alliance.
      My best guess is that the way the author included V'Ger and the Borg at the end of this video will somewhat lead to some ideas taken from the Bodily Go Comic but the Romulans may end up in a very bad position after it's over with.

    • @driftbandit4740
      @driftbandit4740 9 дней назад +2

      Btw, l believe you ment to say "After Nero and his crew escaped the Klingon Prison Planet". You made it sound like V'ger helped Nero escaped the Klingon Planet.

    This looks like a Pioneer Class, but from the Kelvin Universe of Star Trek! The Toronado looks exactly so. And just as in the Prime Universe, the USS Excelsior (NCC-2000), under the command of Captain Hikaru Sulu came to the rescue of Captain Kirk and the crew of USS Enterprise-A (NCC-1701-A)! GO STARFLEET! 😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁

    This will sound Petty and nit picky so bring on the judgement. The only thing I never liked about the JJPrise was the geometry and angle of the warp nacelle pylons. They looked like melted candles flipped upsidedown. Change them to be the swept back wings of the motion picture refit Enterprise and its all good. I can even forgive the steroid juiced nacelles.

    Klingon sector on the boarder of the Gamma Quadrant? Would that mean that the Klingons have territory on both sides of the UFP as the Klingon Empire is in the Beta Quadrant and the Beta Quadrant boarders the Delta and Alpha Quadrant?

  • @craigman04

    I am enjoying your Kelvin inspired content! Very imaginative, however, I think the you've scaled your designs too small in comparison to the canon ships of the Kelvin timeline.
    I can see the "as tech gets better it gets smaller" arguement, but in my opinion it detracts from the Kelvin aesthetics, more akin to visually different prime ships

    • @TriAngulumStudiosAudioComics
      @TriAngulumStudiosAudioComics  8 дней назад +1

      Not at all... I base ALL my measurements on 2 factors, 1- Kelvin Universe Canon Sizes (Even though there are 3 different ones lol) and 2- my own mathematical calculations based on window size... These measurements are correct!

    sorry, I can't help it, but, it just looks to me like a Prime/Discovery-era ship with Kelvin/Beyond nacelles, and poorly attached upper struts. I don't think it's a great match.
