    Porokeratoses commonly present as keratotic plaque or patch, often with annular configuration and cornoid lamella on histology.
    Variants include:
    Porokeratosis of Mibelli; in infants, commonly on extremity.
    Disseminated Superficial Actinic Porokeratosis (DSAP); AD, Most common on chronically sun exposed skin.
    DSP variant on non-sun exposed skin. Spares face.
    Linear Porokeratosis; develops during infancy or childhood and follows lines of blaschko
    Punctate Porokeratosis; adolescence to middle aged 1-2mm palmoplantar papules.
    Porokeratosis palmaris et plantaris disseminate (PPPD); AD Variant of punctate porokeratosis with lesions on other parts of the body
    Porokeratosis Ptychotropica; rare variant in the gluteal cleft and buttocks.
