Just a reminder guys! If you're looking to loose weight and that belly fat, doing workout like this will build the muscles underneath your fat. So, go on the treadmill or even a walk for weight loss. And remember, you cannot target one area for fat loss! :)

@@Frimano647 it depends differently on every person, your weight, your calorie deficiet, how much your walking/ moving. It depends on evey person, like i said you may notice your belly toning up, but its difficult to just target one area of bodyfat :). I've been doing workout like this and notice my belly toning, but no difference on the scale. But onces I went to the gym and burned calories, my weight started to decrease. If your looking to loose weight, you have to burn calories. Hope this helps :)

I really enjoyed this mini workout! I’ve never learned proper form and have always struggled with it, but with you mentioning the proper form, what’ll make an exercise easier or harder really helped me make my workout more personalized for my fitting. If you know, how long does it normally take to see results? is there anything to make the results faster? I assume a few months at least to see decent results, but if anybody knows I’d be interested in knowing!

When I do the first few exercises, it's my thighs/hips that burn into my of abs even though I think I have it engaged. Is there where you're supposed to feel it or what am I doing wrong?

Actually increasing muscle mass increases your metabolic rate leading to fat loss. So this will in fact help in addition to cardio and diet.
