- Lego have today confirmed all the prices for the BrickLink Designer Programme Series 2 sets. There are five set designs that are up for crowdfunding, which begins on 6th June 2024. Make a note in your diary's because the Mountain Fortress from series 1 sold out very quickly and series 2 has some amazing designs.

Will you be looking to pre-order any of these Bricklink Lego sets in June?
I might be getting 2 of the Brick Cross train stations, one for myself and one to sell. How much do you think i could get for reselling the train station?
@@GIBStudios712 yeah that’s probably a good idea, as it’s a modular will likely do really well with such a limited run of 30k sets. No idea what you could get for it in the future but should be nice investment set for sure🙂
Ominous Isle to pair with the Eldorado Fortress. Definitely adds to the playability factor.

The train station is beautiful! Too expensive for me right now but definitely my favorite. I think it would look very classy in a Lego city. Thanks for the info! 😊
Yeah it’s certainly not cheap, it’s a shame such a beautiful modular isn’t a regular set to give people more opportunity to buy it. But if you can, maybe place the order when it’s up for pre-order as whilst you will initially get temporarily charged, Lego don’t actually take any money until the set ships in November and will release the money back to you in a week or so, I did that with series 1 and my money got released in a few days. Just a thought🙂
@@TheDyslexicGeak that’s a good idea - I put it on my calendar to remind me. 6 months is a decent amount of time to save up.

Would’ve liked to see the mushroom house for around $60 US. I’m saving my money for the Western train and Seaside castle in series 4.
Yeah little surprised it’s not similarly priced as the snack shack, will be interesting to see how these sell during pre-order phase but series 3 and 4 look amazing🙂
I wish they would set aside one of the 5 spots for a set in the 50 USD range. That way more people would be able to participate in this Bricklink Designer Program. If I have the available funds, I’m going to try to pick up two of the train station. Just as an investment for later resale, because the train station looks like it’s going to be the runaway favorite of this series. So many people love trains, but so much of the build being dedicated to the elevated tracks is going to put a lot of people off. The elevated tracks make sort of a nice display stand of sorts, but the train and cars are smallish as a result of the amount of pieces put into the tracks. You can’t look at the train and help but think how much more it could have been without the big elevated track section. The engine looks small.
Yeah the mushroom house in all reality could be a $50 set. I’m certainly getting the train station, just looks so good and I expect it will sell out just as quick as the mountain fortress did, the fact it’s a full size modular will make it very desirable. I feel the same about the train, looks really good then you realise it’s not a full loop and majority of the build is the railroad itself and thinking about it, I can only imagine how monotonous the build will be

The mushroom house is pretty tempting actually... I have a feeling that will sell out the first. Not sure how I would use it but I like it. The skull island though is pretty tempting will have to see how the finances are in june.
Yeah it’s quite charming, I expect it will sell rather quick, the Snack Shack went fast in series 1🙂
I’m tempted on the pirate island as you can reconfigure it. I already have two of the Barracuda Bay sets to build plus I bought an extra island section from this set to expand even further. Just wandering though whether I’ll have the room for it all 🤔😂
Oh blimey 3, how I envy you😂I so regret not buying the Barracuda Bay, an amazing set. I’m sure you will find room for the Ominous Isle, it will go very nice with the Barracuda🙂
I think this round is much stronger than the previous one. Some good sets. I’m very tempted by the skull island. That’s a possibility for me
Yeah possibly will be fascinating to see how these do during crowdfunding stage, the train station will sell out just as quick as the mountain fortress I expect, amazing set🙂
@@TheDyslexicGeak agree. I really liked the mountain fortress but didn’t go for it. This time I might take the plunge. Not gone for anything on the designer program before
@@Ultra_bricks I can’t wait to get my mountain fortress, can’t quite believe it should have it in a couple of months. I love the bricklink program, so many nice designs that often get overlooked in Ideas🙂
I restrict my Lego collection to just film & tv related sets so this Bricklink selection is not for me but some nice sets, especially for those who build Lego cities

I really like the Train Station and will try and buy one as I haven't purchased a set directly yet and on the secondary market they are so much more expensive.
It really is a quite stunning train station, so glad Lego selected an actual modular building, they never select them in Ideas so hopefully the Bricklink programme is where we will see more the the future🙂
Belle série 🤪3 sets me tentent bien : la gare Brick cross, l'ile des pirates (j'ai Barracuda bay, et ce serait magnifique à côté) et la maison champignon pour ma kfol sans doute... Va falloir économiser, les séries suivantes ont également de très bons sets 😵💫😋

oui, c'est une autre superbe série, la gare est magnifique, j'espère qu'elle ne se vendra pas trop vite. Le programme bricklink est très bon, les prochaines séries ont aussi de jolis designs, ça va coûter cher🙂
