  • Today we take a look at Annyalla Chicks UK Ltd (Wrexham), 3 Abenbury Wy, Wrexham LL13 9UZ.
We speak to security who has a slight overreaction and has an obsession with seeing a photographers ID who is standing on the public highway.
The boss arrives eventually and deescalates matters.

The SIA answers directly to the Home Secretary , it’s time that James Cleverly instigates a thorough investigation into the failure of the SIA to ensure standards are met in the issuing of SIA licenses.

But he's not showing such a licence perhaps because he is not licenced by them. That makes it the fault of the company hiring him, not the sia.

_'The SIA answers directly to the Home Secretary"_
. . . . lol, they don't ! I mean the legislation says they should, so you are technically right, but in reality the SIA don't really answer to anyone, try sending them a complaint for something like failure to display a SIA licence - or something even worse, like an SIA licensed guard assaulting a member of the public . . . you won't even get a reply, even if you go through their own complaints process.

I appreciate that you handle yourself in a way that is open and approachable, take this interaction with the manager where you came across an not being confrontational or acting in a way that can be perceived as suspicious. I genuinely think by being open and communicating with people in a calm manner you allay their “fears” which helps prevent unnecessary conflict, it also helps with it being educational as they are more open to listening than they would be with “negative” interactions from the drone pilot / videographer.
Kudos to that manager for doing a bit of research to have a better knowledge as that also helps by reducing the risk of looking bad by “bumbling out a load of nonsense based on feelings” because they are coming from a background of knowing basics about the regulations and laws.

If they had seen someone who has masked up and didn't speak with them, then the stupid thing they did was to approach the stranger. They put themselves at risk. What they should do is watch and monitor, never approach. They should only approach if a criminal act is actually occurring. The roof solar is fairly recent as it is not on the Spring 2022 google view and Annyalla Chicks doesn't have a press release announcing the solar investment. Amazing night view by drone ☀⭐⭐⭐👍
No articles located on the new roof solar. Annyalla Chicks moved into the unit in 2010. Prior it was Delta Daily Foods and took over the existing building lease. Facility is 81,219 ft2. At the gate, the building on the left is Solvay's new adhesives manufacturing facility constructed by Fluor in 2018 with main facilities across the street as seen in DJ's prior video. Arenbury Way and business units were not developed till at least the late 70s when the road was constructed along drainage route for the former ROF railway loop. Prior the land was agricultural and the rear of the property is along a footpath that is still active from Erlas Lane to the rear of Proserve Logistics. Proserve used to be located further down off Ash Road where Ispen is constructing their new manufacturing facility (mentioned in DJ's prior video).

You do the best auditing videos that I've seen and I've watched quite a lot. I particularly like your politeness and articulation. It goes an especially long way with people. It's very difficult to argue with someone who is polite, patient and articulate. While, some other Auditors might get interesting arguments etc, your approach is better and gives Auditors a very good name and reputation. Contrast you and the last "auditor" they encountered and that explains it all.
Now about this video: That security guard was atrocious. Firstly they need to employ people that can speak English properly. Secondly they need to inform them of the boundaries and legality of their job. The first guy who stopped in the car was cool. He sounded Eastern European or Russian. He knew the security guard was out of his depth and that it was not his job to get too involved. Once he realised what you were doing, he was off on his merry way. I got a good vibe from him. Also, the Manager was a good dude and I suspect he's a decent guy to work for. A moderate mannered person (civilised lets call it). He did his research, now pretty much knows the laws and I suspect thats the situation all sorted for that company. Can't ask for better than that. Nice dusk footage by the way. Very nice.
