    You have to give credit to the company for giving a job to someone who obviosly struggles with simple tasks such as keeping his mouth shut when things don't concern him and understanding that the words FUCK OFF are not the answer to anything he doesn't understand. Which obviously is a lot.

    I used to wonder why a worker would come out challenging civilians. I think it's a certain character type. Some people crave power over others but have no chance of being in a position to do it. When they see someone filming, the adrenaline begins pumping and they see it as a chance to satisfy their desire. When the auditor deflects their bullshit they become frustrated, disappointed, reality kicks in & they realise they're just little nobodies with no authority over anyone and the only option left is foul language and a hissy-fit. The 'walk of shame' is actually a walk back into their real life which is subservient, mundane and very grey.

    The Director was pleasant and professional. When a member of staff spots you, they should report it to management, not take it upon themselves to challenge you in the manner that he did. The other guys that spoke to you were very professional also, it was just the one person that let the whole company's down!

A new one today though, a guy leaving 5 star reviews to tell people "it's DJ Audits, report him" and leaving reviewed on nearby businesses warning them DJ is in the area. I’m just wondering if the frequency with which these cretins are, or are not in full compliance with health and safety and GDPR regulations could be effectively woven in there without ruining it. Probably not.
      In a world devoid of mirrors, populated by official narratives believing and repeating sheeple, it’s inevitable that this type of behaviour will be prevalent.
      The depth of gratitude I feel for growing up on a remote hill farm, in a country where I did not speak the language, is immeasurable. How people develop critical thinking skills after growing up in conversational environments is a mystery to me. They are the true outliers.

    How do you know?
    Can you give me an example?

    What is the counterargument?

    9:35 The company must be so proud to have an employee like this who wants to protect the site/company he works for, just a shame that the way he went about it came of as a bully, and when was told no enough times spat his dummy out and went back inside.
    If the material stored outside is so exspensive why is it stored out side and which can be stolen quicker, what dont criminals use drones or something, they do, they will use a drone to scope out a company ( mostly while its closed ) then break in after finding the weaknesses in their security, and where the items that they can steal quickly to make as much as they can.
    The director was very good, polite, answered questions, took on board what DJ told him, fair play to him 👍 up to him

      @@stuartb4525 I second that. Used to work in a warehouse that had a radio played all over the building. Not long after everyone was told about needing a licence to play music. Bosses refused to pay building had about 200 workers across 2 shifts. Everyone offered to pay and Bosses still said no. Completely changed the atmosphere across all departments. Soon after most people there when I started had left. Amazing how a small thing can change a company.

    • @stuartb4525
      @stuartb4525 7 месяцев назад

      @@robertanderson8458 Exactly what happened in our place. Radio was happy so were we. Then some customer note 1 complained. We offered to buy the licence, they refused. That was it for me. I used my headphones instead, told I couldn't for health and safety etc. I left. Along with most of the crew there. All for a poxy licence, I think at the time was £40, talking here about 2012. So petty. So glad the company is closed down, well some of it, but they deserve it. Put it this way they are on the edge, and what workers they have left are not happy chappies. Beforehand, they were thriving, as we left, they went downhill. Not saying because of our actions, but certainly coincidental. Keep the workers happy, then they are happy to work. Simples.
