  • We absorb and collect an enormous amount of toxins, pathogens, viral load, heavy metals, bugs, and the list goes on. How effective are we at actually cleansing this from the body on a day to day basis? We need to give our body what it needs to help cleanse effectively... and there's a whole lot we can do. I'm fortunate enough to do this cleanse once per year so I can have a clear head, prevent issues in the future, improve overall health. improve natural energy levels, and to give myself a full reset.

How timely! I am on day 5 of the 3:6:9 cleanse and really struggling. This video re-inspired me to keep moving forward. I have done this cleanse 5 or 6 times over the last few years, and I have had major benefits each time. In the middle of it, it is so brutal, but it is such a great reset and detox. I landed on this video after watching the block therapy page as I have been blocking since April 2nd of this year. I figured the 3:6:9 cleanse would be perfect after having blocked for some time given that I am now more fluid with less adhesions. I am loving my blocking journey thus far and envision it being lifelong. Thank you, Quinn!

Dietitian and herbalist here. I do a similar cleanse at least twice a year. Tough and worth it!

I've been following MM info since 2017. The information is very profound and life changing, especially for those of us who have suffered for decades with chronic medical conditions

I have this MM book. I thought the cleanse looked super tough. You’re pretty brave, Quinn!! I don’t know how this would help me because I have the same attitude you had that “I ain’t broken, why fix?” I’ll have to try it while on a vacation or something.

It’s a pretty tough cleanse but worth it! I initially tried it because of a skin rash wouldn’t go away. I tried everything for over a year then did this cleanse and on the second round it was gone half way through. Then I realized how good I felt after the cleanse plus the understanding of why we should cleanse for overall health. It’s worth a shot and will prevent issues occurring the in future.

Bravo! I have this book and engage in it more than once a year. I physically feel good, my digestion improves, and I love to lose a bit of weight when I use it.

Thank you for all you do in Block Therapy. I enjoy learning from you and Deana and have seen many changes in my body since starting 9 months ago. Thanks for the info on this cleanse. I’m going to try it.

I have been meaning to try some cleansing (including Ayurvedic) for some. This might be kick that I need. Thank you, Quinn. Is it safe when you are on blood pressure medications? How continuing to take those medications affect the cleanse?

Maybe. I already eat a whole food plant based diet with minimal salt sugar and oil, so it doesn’t seem that bad to me. The hard part is no coffee. There's something so soothing on the throat from a hot cup of coffee that you just don't get from hot water. I don’t really want to lose weight though. I'm at my ideal body weight now.

That’s amazing! I agree, it sounds like you have a great diet and maybe this cleanse isn’t a fit for you. Cutting out coffee was and is the hardest part. I get headaches, aches and D pains and for nearly a week. But once I’m through I feel amazing and it’s worth it.

    Why no (healthy) fat?

I think they’re extremely important. The cleanse is for 9 days and the idea of no fats is to thin the blood so you can detoxify quicker (says the book). I eat a lot of healthy fats when I’m not on the cleanse, but I understand the reasoning why fats aren’t included for the duration of the cleanse.
