While using Gamepad Tester on Firefox, I also see that it is erratically inputting random buttons in Switch mode, while Xinput and DS4 modes are fine. Oddly enough, Steam doesn't seem to be showing these erratic inputs during hardware test of the buttons (though this may also show up in a game, haven't tested.) Also worked fine when connected directly to a Switch console without the dongle. Edit: So Chrome detects it fine in Switch mode too. Leaning towards Firefox gamepad tester API and the Mayflash converter dongle just mishandling the Switch mode pretty much.

I bought one the layout is opposite and the controller is just not working properly why don’t you make a video on how to set it up properly with updates and all cause I tried to update the controller with the weird link that everyone uses it when it’s called under nine tails and after that update my controller whole stopped working except the joysticks and the joysticks were inverted ….

The support Discord for GameSir is probably the best venue for troubleshooting individual cases, followed by Reddit. Something more conducive to structured dialogue than the barebones comments system here. ALL THAT SAID... did you make sure to update the firmware of **both** the controller **and** the dongle? out of the box, the controller is likely on 1.x firmware which you upgraded to 2.0.4 via the "nine-tailed fox" manual firmware package. You have to ALSO do the manual update labeled for the dongle, to bring it up to compatibility with the newer controller firmwares.
@@4gottenWarriors So initial testing on PS4 is looking great, despite controller wired into adapter directly doesn't seem to work. But I got the controller in receiver mode, the dongle plugged into the Brook adapter and that setup works just fine. Only real hiccup was I had to spam the home button to get it to actually connect properly; otherwise the dongle, controller, and adapter kept getting out of sync and each resetting at different times lol.) But, after that startup everything seems to be working flawlessly. I noticed the controller also defaults to DS4 receiver mode this way instead of Xinput, just like in your vid. but if preferred, you can still toggle to Switch or Xinput receiver modes with View+Menu and those work too! I actually prefer switching to Xinput instead of DS4 for this setup, as that mode benchmarked on PC with the best polling performance. Plus the Brook adapter maps touchpad to the View key in Xinput mode, which is easier to reach than T3 (the default touchpad button in DS4 mode.) All in all, great recommendation from ya on the adapter brand. Appreciate it!

Do you know if you had your magic-x set to the xinput mode? I have a magic-x and know that with some controllers, the mode you have it set to is very important to it pairing correctly
If your pc is at capacity either power wise or pci Lane wise it can throw errors like that, sometimes can be choice of wire as well, because T4k is a wired only controller I had to buy an extension and it turned out that it was very particular, I bought a 3m USB 3 extension cable and it threw that error or didn't work, on a generic black usb2 2m cable though it works, so try pulling out power hungry things and changing cable is first things I'd check.
@khanhhua8208 have you tried pressing and holding down the button underneath and pressing the dongle, both will should be rapidly flashing than it should go solid

@turkialsulami8359 try holding the button under the controller and hold down the dongle button until they both rapidly start flashing...make sure it's in xinput mode then do this process...they should both go solid light

@Stockarts did you download the app before you downloaded the script update from the website...because I had the app installed from windows store app first and it was in Chinese...maybe check your updates?
@4gottenWarriors hi. I've sorted the right stick issue but on cod I get random gunfire rate changes. I don't press the d pad and literally the gun changes fire rate by itself. Any advice on this please?
@Buxtonchappy1 I had the same issue....break in the buttons give them some good presses....on Apex my back button is mapped to slide and I would randomly pull out grenades, so I gave them some good presses with some pressure behind it...
