    4:06 - Beat 'em up games are games like Double Dragon and Final Fight.
    Street Fighter is a versus fighting game.
    P.S., as for the app, you can also change the colors of the buttons in the Nintendo mode to make it look like a Japanese and European Super Nintendo controllers...

    Hello can you see if the usb c cable that comes with xbox controller can fit into this controller?

    • @RobbieKhan
      @RobbieKhan  2 месяца назад +1

      I don't have an official xbox controller to test with but the answer is likely no, if one doesn't fit in previous gamesir controllers then it won't work here as the port hole is exactly the game.

    • @chronicmayhem
      @chronicmayhem 2 месяца назад

      Valid question because the USB port opening on this controller is extremely tight

    • @arthurcuesta6041
      @arthurcuesta6041 2 месяца назад

      @@RobbieKhan Not true, it works in DS4 mode as well. I'd like to know how it feels and compares to other gyros, specially the Switch and PS5 controllers, as well as if the 1000hz applies to the gyro as well.

    • @RobbieKhan
      @RobbieKhan  2 месяца назад

      @@arthurcuesta6041 I'm on about out of the box. not all games detect DS4 or work properly with DS4 mode and you may need to use DS4 driver for Windows to get that fully working, not something the average person is going to be doing either. You also lose your custom button mappings in DS4 mode as these are only available with Xinput mode which has support for this feature whilst DS4 does not.
      I don't actually play any games that use motion controls properly nor have a PS5 so not something I can test but it's 1000Hz regardless of gyro or not so no reason why it wouldn't remain 100Hz as that's the link between controller and dongle.

    how does the anti dead zone on the sticks feel for hard coded games with no dead zone options?

    • @RobbieKhan
      @RobbieKhan  2 месяца назад +2

      No problem at all, I use it with Switch emulation for example and whilst the emulator itself has deadzone controls, I have it set to 0 and can rest a thumb on any stick and not see any creep etc but directly moving the stick a tiny amount results in tiny action on screen which is great.

    Do you have basic RGB controls with the buttons themselves, not having to use the app? Also, do you NEED the Connect APP running to even USE the controller wirelessly? Or do y ou only need it for RGB and button bindings?

    • @RobbieKhan
      @RobbieKhan  9 дней назад

      So a few things, the RGB controls are only available via the app.
      The app does not need to be running to do anything as everything is stored onto the controller and wireless works without the app.

    • @tbone8839
      @tbone8839 9 дней назад

      @@RobbieKhan Damn, you can't even turn RGB on or off with the controller either? I have to run the app to not have RGB? edit: heres what google ai said
      Yes, you can adjust the RGB lighting on the GameSir Tarantula Pro controller using the controller buttons:
      M button: Press and hold the M button to access RGB modes and other operations
      Right or left stick or D-pad: While holding down the M button, use the right or left stick or the D-pad to adjust the brightness level, color value, saturation, and animation speed

    • @RobbieKhan
      @RobbieKhan  9 дней назад

      @@tbone8839 The manual does not list those RGB controls via buttons. Maybe this applies to the RGB strip on the top which I have off all the time. the ABXY must be on at all times as the only way to see what the buttons are is via keeping the RGB on for them.

    hey man wich sticks feels better for precision aim, tarantula or pb tail?
    resolution and all stuff

    • @RobbieKhan
      @RobbieKhan  2 месяца назад +1

      Hard to say as Tarantula is symmetrical layout and PB is Asymmetrical and also has heavier sticks. In games both feel about the same though in measurements the PB sticks have more points resolution but this can be matched by Tarantula if GameSir do a new firmware update to remove whatever filtering is being applied in raw mode which PB doesn't do and is not needed for TMR sticks as they are so good 👍

    Its only big flaw for me was: does not support BT connection with PC XBox (aka XInput) mode. You have to use cable/dongle for XBox mode: Windows 11 with BT5.x detects only BT/DS4 and BT/Switch modes respectively as Dual Shock 4 controller, and Switch Pro Controller. XBox controller detection is enabled only when connected through cable/dongle 😫

The only console officially supported is Switch: Q: What platforms does Tarantula Pro support? A: It supports PC, Switch, iOS, Android, and Steam. It does work on PC as XBox Wireless Controller with dongle/cable though.

    Hey, is this better than the razer wolverine v3 pro/ tournament edition

    • @RobbieKhan
      @RobbieKhan  Месяц назад +1

      Yes, this is TMR not hall effect so the sticks are more natural/responsive. It's also 1000Hz over wireless whereas the v3 is not, you also don't need to run Razer's massively bloated software.

      @ no, as if someone spilled something sticky in the trigger and it’s stuck when initially pulling it down but the rest of the travel is smooth it’s just the very start, I had to return my 8bitdo 2c because the trigger hinge failed and started shifting left and right when pulled down and this feels the same, I feel like it wasn’t lubed enough and the spring is binding this seems like an otherwise perfect sample but I don’t want to take it apart and inspect the trigger my self

    Hey I got a standard Xbox controller. Iv used my friends Xbox elite 2 and wow that thing feels great but I don't want to pay £150. If you had to pick this or the NYXI Master P1 or should I just get a elite 2?

    • @RobbieKhan
      @RobbieKhan  2 месяца назад +1

      The Elite 2 is way too expensive for what it is, but that's to be expected as it's a MS product. The NYXI P1 is great for the price but it's not on the same level as the tarantula Pro really as it lacks the extra features and customisation, as well as specs/performance. Though for its price it does still offer a lot for a casual gamer.
      I would still pick the Tarantula Pro as it has the most features and caters to Switch use as well if playing on Switch or Emulation etc.
