"It's hard to get much lighter than that " *proceeds to show two more knives that are much lighter*
To be honest, they did say hard, not impossible.
Lol I caught that too. If it’s hard to get lighter he sure made it look easy lol
He said hard not impossible
Hard, not impossible. But also the Delica vs the mini bugout, the Delica feels tougher due to full steel liners, which the mini bugout and full size do not have, and also the Delica 4 in m4, k390, is still cheaper than the cheapest Benchmade in s30v, so I’m going with a Delica all day!
Barely noticeable 2.5oz it’s harder to get lighter than that. Next knife is 1.6oz hahahaa
It’s quite a bit smaller tho
@@daro9582also feels less durable bc no full steel liners. Less versatile to say the least.
The delica 4 is and has been my edc for about two years now and it’s amazing
Yeah man, really love mine too. What a knife.
I use the CRKT every day at work. 10/10 best knife I’ve ever bought.
I have the mini bugout. It's crazy how light and smooth it is
I have the CRKT CEO Blackout and it's one of my favorite EDC items.
these knives also give you mini heart attacks every 30 minutes thinking you lost them or they fell out of your pocket because you can’t notice them
That CEO compact is the knife I used to propose to my fiancé. Engagement knife is now a thing!
I love Benchmade; they're super smooth and look great!
I like benchmade but they definitely are not working knives since they lack grip most their knives are fairly smooth and would probably cause slipping.
@@scrumdiddily6162I agree. They’re a solid edc knife to carry but it wouldn’t be my survival knife or work knife. Much rather have a strong fixed blade for both of those roles.
@@scrumdiddily6162I have 4 Benchmades and they all work for a living with me as a landscaper.
Spyderco delica in k390 is a wicked slicer!
Ooo! The delica is my dream knife not gonna lie.
I carry the CEO in the pen pocket of my uniforn. Highly recomended!!!
The second one looks nice
Great options.
I'd swap the Bugout for the Mini Osbourne for better utility, but still reasonably light with the aluminium scales.
I have that mini bugout and love it.
Bandaid 🩹 on that finger reminds me of the same mistake I made once. Get that finger out of the way and smooth is fast. Fast is fumble.
I love the bugout
I've been carrying the benchmade mini claymore for about two months and it's incredibly light and compact.
Love my dragonfly 2
Honeybadgers knives are dope. I'm left handed and those knives gives you ambidextrous options
I just got the Spyderco police 4 in K390...its a lot of merciless cutting action in a relatively light package .
I love my blackout mini bugout!
Hey love the videos! I was wondering if the crkt ceo held it's edge well or it had to be maintained a lot i was thinking of picking it up for a friend
I just got the ceo full size flipper yesterday and it is great for the price point
Love these vids, not sure if they do well but I enjoy them
Delica 4 full surrated is a master peice i love the handels
this is good I want this
I enjoy watching these videos. I will probably never use this information because the only knife I ever carry with me is my hawkbill pruner, but still fun to watch regardless
I love my big out great work knife for boxes
Awesome knives
Wow those knives are very nice
I have a blue bugout. Love it, forget i even have it when asked
That CRKT CEO is pretty slick, of course the benchmade knocks it out of the park though.
I love my Bug Out
I have the regular CRKT. Never knew they had a mini tho
Delica glow in the dark for me.
Pretty.
Srm unicorn had been my main lately
I like the CRKT, It's not the most expensive but if it was a give away it's the one I'd pick
And dealing other small knife wounds
Time for a delica 5
Sog ultra XR has a bar lock,s35vn, weighs like 30 grams, and is 6.5mm thick
Missed the deka magnacut
Got any medium weight knives?
Benchmade bugout!
Why spider co has only one bladeshapes?
CEO compact is an insanely good knife for only $50
The spiderman of knives.
What about civivi chronic?
What about Böker Atlas?
I personally like a knife with some weight. Iv got very light knives but it just doesn't feel good in the hand
Do the d2 honey badger from south africa pls
Hard to beat a Spyderco
Please provide a list of things that these light weight knives can do?
Cut, mainly. 😂
Spyderco byrd harrier2 g10
Mercator K55K because im a vintage loving history buff weirdo... So light and thin Ive regularly forgot I was carrying it until I realize I lost it because it fell out of my pocket or get it confiscated at a security checkpoint.
Native LW (or Salt) feels much lighter than delica. SOG Terminus XR also.
I laugh Every time I hear “opening packages” 😂aside from how silly it sounds, but it belittle the whole industry of knife maker
You know a knife review is legit when plasters are involved.
That second one is giving off “I know a guy” vibes
Delica is king.
My knife is 2 oz is that good
Nah the Kershaw Leek is the best hands down 😅
What makes spider o so special
TOPS KNIVES one life one knife
I carry a knife everyday all day and always have. I like alot of what i see on here but cant get away from the ease of just throwing a new razor blade in when it gets dull. Somone sell me on why i should swap my Milwaukee razor for a nice EDC
Wich one got ur finger??? Lol
@BladeHQ do you guys do Giveaways too?
nope they dont
Bugout used to be my favorite until the spring broke three times and it renders the knife useless
I'm 9 years old and I am buying knifes now
Why are you on youtube at 9 years old?!
How much is an ounce in non freedom units?
Non freedom units. Lolol. 28.3g
@@rhinosaur. Thanks bro!
940
Can I have that Spyder co
What’s EDC ?
THE LIGHTER ITS THE HEAVY THE PRICE💰 ITS 😂
Carrying a lightweight knife without thinking about it would certainly lead to somebody having a bug out in their pocket. If any thought went into it the bug out would not be there.
Yeah looks like I need a lightweight knife, my current knife is really nice and reliable but it's heavy and when I put it into my pocket my pants just going down because of how heavy my knife is
gotta ask. does anyone actually like serrated pocket knives? they never seem worth to me
@@clandestinetactical that all makes sense to me. the main detractor for me has always been the sharpening aspect as i already find getting a good edge on a standard blade somewhat challenging. i have also never had a full serrated blade, just the half and half, and the serrations always seemed to " get in the way" for lack of a better term.
@@clandestinetactical ahh I see. Patience isn't something I'm over endowed with. Thanks for the tips and the food for thought
@@johnruta1359
Spyderco makes several sharpening systems that work for serrations like their Sharpmaker. It’s really easy to use, but you’ll need the CBN rods for lower grits or to repair any significant edge deformation.
They’re the best at serrations and best at sharpening them. On Spyderco’s forum, there are some really informative threads about serrations and how to sharpen them, if you are ever curious.
Plain edges will work just fine for most people, though, and serrations are just a preference for some because of the way they can cut. Not all serrations are the same, however! Some cut better or differently than others.
Cut ropes or tree branches and tell me if plain blades are better. No, they aren't more effective. For the rest of materials maybe but you can also cut them with serrations, they can be very sharp and with K390 steel...wow, they last!
@@newhuskytwenty I guess if you need a totally universal blade it makes sense.
Ugh I thought the thumbnail was a balisong
Am i the only one who hates serrated blades?
Opinels weigh less, perform better, and cost next to nothing. From my experience these knives are fun to look and think about, and maybe even play with, but if you’re gonna carry one every day it needs to be simple and durable.
I had a delica 4 and i hated it, I’m not saying its a bad knife but it ain’t for me I’m more of a cold steel guy
Bruh the Osborne 940 weighs 2.44oz and has a nicer blade then that sypderco
I’m done with benchmade and their prices
ok, the mini bugout is cool, but 100-200 dollars on Amazon
So?
Sharp and Suspect both look too white to be having this convo 😂😂
Fixed blade Mara Eldris
Take a look at it on line
The bug out lost my favor when on the handles are nothing but plastic like a little bit of rigidity to my pocket knives
Why would you want your knife that light?
EDC ?
Edc=every day carry
Yet they use the cheapest steel other then pot metal
The Benchmade has S30v or s90v. Taint cheap, son.
The bench may lil man but tell what steels these knives shown use probably some cr
Can you do the mini Osborne in one of your vids
Who would call the bench made mini, it’s at least average maybe even a little above
It's mini compared to the full-size Bugout...
Woosh
Not allowed here !
Benchmade bug out feels cheap and flimsy i dont think they used enough metal
The CRKT ($50-70+) seems like a more expensive version of Bucks $35 "decatur" and both are made in China so really seems like a big rip off.
then go with benchmade!
@@polarnice No thanks, Benchmade's lowest priced knife is $160. I don't think I'd ever spend over $120 for a knife, and there are definitely some good quality affordable alternatives, there's even some buck knives that are US made and are under $100. I know Benchmade is good (maybe even the best) quality, but I really dont feel like spending $200 for a simple 3in pocket knife.
@@Sasquatch33the delica is 80-90$
@@amadocarrillo1155I know, I'm talking more about Benchmade, I'm pretty sure every single one of their knives are over $100
I hate serrated blades
Please gift me the 2nd knife
Why would he gift it to you???
That Spyderco will never stop to be extremely ugly.
