I know these can have vibration issues I guess the main tell on the exhaust damper is its just the back box that's vibrating. With the engine mounts what would you say would be the main tell tales they are on there way out or even the main signs they have had, it is it more all over vibration and noise

    • @TrackAndBeyond

So with the engine mounts when the car is idling their will always be some vibration of the engine but when they’re when their way out it will be quite a lot of engine vibration.

Nice video. I have the same problem and i am doubting whether it's the engine mounts or the exhaust damper. One of the dampers is much looser than the other and has some very small cracks in it. Though it is not as bad as yours.
How can i tell whether it's the engine mount?
I also notice vibrations in the car at idle which increases when selecting D or R, and reduces while in neutral (but still present)

    • @TrackAndBeyond

If one of them is lose I’d change it and see how it is after. as it will need changing any way your not losing any thing. Then see how it is if it’s still bad then will be engine mounts. Does sounds like yours could be engine mounts with vibrations when putting it in to gear
