- Air Canada's AC317 flight from YUL-YYC is an historic one as it's the first Airbus A220-300 to go into commercial service in North America. On top of that, I get to be passenger #1 on this momentous occasion in Canadian Aviation. The made in Canada A220-300 is quieter, more fuel efficient, features 19" wide seats in economy as well as 10" Panasonic entertainment systems, power outlets, USB and USB C ports and larger aisles and windows. What's not to love with this new Canadian beauty.

Excellent Video- Great colour scheme looks great on the A220
Excellent video !
Thank you for the follow-up! Gotta love a more spacious and quieter plane!
WoW, first passenger for Airbus A220-300!
Lucky you!!!
I'm here for the views of the back of Vicarious Voyager's head.
Hahaha.
Lol who else is here from VV's video?
Fantastic and professional video!
I'd chase Alexa Ray too!! Just as beautiful as the A220-300!
Great job - it was nice to meet you on the historic flight! (CJ in 2F)
Nice meeting you as well!
Great job Brian! Pretty cool being passenger #1.
It actually never even occurred to me that I was the first one on-board until they asked me to take a pic because I was the first. I just wanted to get in quick to get some pics 😜
@@EverydayReviews2022 Hey, sometimes just doing your job gets you some unique opportunities! I'm excited to eventually fly on the A220 but this was cool to watch.
A state of the art plane. congratulations air Canada !
BEAUTY
Ready to go to sleep but saw this 😂, great video, can’t wait to fly on this bird one day!
Wow, I made your video. Great review.
Absolutely! Thank you for the awesome pic as well!
This is good big screen better the normal old plane 320 screen
I’m proud to be working at Air Canada. Hope to see it in YQR.
It would bug me being the first person on the plane but sitting in seat #2 and not #1. Yes, I know I have issues. LOL
I could have had row 1 but I don’t like the bulkhead. I know what you mean though.
I thought I saw you on another first review !
On another channel? I did a vid for the launch of this plane and this one which is the actually flight.
I hope is flying in the sky
Air Canada is truly miles ahead of Westjet. Even their old planes are better than Westjet's
I heard Air Canada is going to fly this plane to Seattle. I so want to fly on this plane. I guess now I have a good excuse to get some poutine now!
The route finally starts this spring! (Montreal to Seattle)

DELTA A220 Had the first north american flight
Just a question, Are you from Canada? If so, why don't you use the metric system? The whole world, including Canada, uses the metric system but you talk constantly about imperial inches. Why?
Yes I’m from Canada. I think it’s just a habit as I’m old school. Grew up with imperial. I guess I use a combo.
It is cool but is like future plane
Wasn’t this premium economy?
No this was business class. Narrow bodies only offer 2 classes of service. No premium economy. Those are only on most of the wide body planes.
Oh ok cool thanks for replying
Eh, I hate airline travel. This is nice, but I would still hate it.
Air bus is much better than Boeing
This is NOT a "review". It's more of an Air Canada-sponsored endorsement. You can't call this a review when, clearly, you've been invited by Air Canada to what it is obviously a PR event. The experience you had is not reflective of what everyday travellers can expect to get.

I thought this was an automotive channel! 👎
Sorry I gained a thumbs down from you. I do all sorts of reviews in addition to automotive. I like to share. Thanks for the feedback though. Perhaps you can give a thumbs up on the next car review👍 Cheers and thanks for watching!

@@EverydayReviews2022 Yep, if you are into cars, highly likely you are into watches, planes and yachts as well.
