How well articulated, best part about all these pointers shared is they are pragmatic and win-win situation as we will learn how to handle the situations in not just work life but elsewhere and grow emotionally. And the last point is absolutely right - it's not about the toxic people getting up each day with an intention to spoil other person's life. They come with baggage, and that itself is their curse sadly. Alas we can just empathise and be good to them, not a tit for tat act basically, and sometimes that does become source for their change in any small way be it!

In all your videos you have been advising not to talk about another employee or employer who is toxic.. this is so interesting to me becoz we were raised in a school of thought which said - if you share your problem with others you will feel light. However, at work we cannot do this and I learnt it very hard way. Few of my colleagues couldn’t tolerate my boss but yet were quiet about it or moved to another company. However, I spoke to these few colleagues openly as though it was going to be a secret. Finally the message reached my boss somehow and I felt sick becoz that wasn’t my intention but I was just venting out. I wish I hadn’t done it but towards the end I was like the bad person even though my boss was toxic one!!!

Loved this video Ankur. I have been lucky to have been in a toxic working relation only once in 8 years. I realize now, empathizing really helped, to understand where the person was coming from. I did also raise my concerns to him personally and other leaders, managed to get out of the project in less than 2 months. But empathizing actually helped to move on from the drama and the mental stress, and bringing back my own confidence again for next projects.

Very true sir they need to be in the limelight ...for that they employ all sorts of dramas to gain attention and importance ...they want to keep people around them, nodding for everything they say and do

Hi Ankur, I can connect with all of your videos. This issue is now growing most of the work places. It is a thing that is causing mental issues in most of the employees.

Thankyou Ankur. How to react when we give our 100% dedicatedly and do our work correctly but boss doesnot appreciate that, and personal interest that he has in a girl doesnt say to her anything in meetings so that she doesnt feel embarrased. It is very demotivating when dnt good feedback and appreciation

Just ignore them and follow the company rules. Company team and conditions and bosses targets are too differences. They always want to be in top.
    Thanks for motivation video.
