However, make sure you have a phone that is compatible with it. The compatability subject is very cloudy, and I couldn't get information from Joyo or any other forums on the internet. I couldn't use the interface for a year because It wouldn't work on my Zenfone 3. I also tried on Samsung J5 prime and A13, and there was no success.

Hola Beatriz, have you try to rec external audio with the Open Camera app? It has an option to rec external audio in settings. Greetings from Chile
Yes, I have tried that, but it didn't work. Somehow, my older phones were not programmed to detect external microphones from the usb port. 🥲 but thank you, anyway 🫶

Smartphone must have OTG on audio input USB C on bottom phone. Your Zen phone maybe do not have. Cheap Xiaomi last 2 years schould working, also Honor, and cheap Samsung version. Remember check OTG. good girl 😃❤
