@charleswharmbyiii8401 Well, these are three highly intelligent, multilingual, superbly talented, well-raised and educated, apparently highly ambitious, starving for knowledge sisters with incredibly supportive parents *gasping breath* And who knows what's in Pau's mind anyway 😂 Can we just agree that lightning can strike twice? Rush did it for 40+ years without social media. These women just got a bug and a huge head start 🤘
Fun fact Megadeath bassist was a tutor for the Berkely School of Music and he loved these little kids he was able to mentor and assist back when they were 15, 13, and 10.
Lzzy Hale came out pretending to be a guitar tech, and gave that Gibson to her onstage, in the middle of their set, opening for Halestorm, when they were about to play *THIS* song (there's video out there on RUclips to prove that). That's why she uses it so frequently to perform this song live :)
The part of Pau singing she’s repeatedly saying “korosu” that means “to kill “ in Japanese. Thanks for your reaction!! By the way the released a new video yesterday of “Burnout”check it out it’s hilarious!!
@@TheCorpsehatch They still perform this song? It's one of my favorites they do live. I hope they perform it on the U.S. tour. (I remember hearing they were pushing out a lot of the older songs) Which, makes sense.
When you said "That's Pau singing", Pau was singing the lower Korosu, and Ale was singing the high falsetto Korosu. The sisters say Ale has the most beautiful falsetto of them.
"Their second album Queen of the Murder Scene was released in November 2018.[28] It's a concept album, that takes the listener on a journey through the mind of a young woman, who drifts from unrequited love to despair, obsession, schizophrenia, violence, murder and finally her own inescapable death." from Wikipedia. That album was released in 2018 when they were 18 (Dany) 16 (Pau) and 13 (Ale) . Pretty heavy for such young girls. Many of the army still think it is their best album.
This is actually one of their earlier songs, they were extremely young when they wrote it. Thanks for keeping this the warning journey going, loving it.
In 2015 TW attended the summer program at Berkelee College of Music in Boston. While they were there they got a private lesson with Dave Ellefson, bassist (at that time) of Megadeth.
Lzzy gave the Gibson Explorer to Dany on stage during the Warning's set at a show in Dallas where TW was opening for Halestorm. Maybe TW was preparing to play Enter Sandman, I don't recall. But thereafter, Dany used the Explorer on some of their songs that are tuned to Drop D, including Enter Sandman, and Queen of the Muder Scene. I'm not sure that she still travels with the guitar on their current tour. I haven't seen her use it for a while.
Fun Fact. After Lzzy gave Dany the guitar they went straight into Queen of the Murder Scene with a guitar she had never seen before, and nailed it. ❤✌🤘⚡🔥
*Queen of the Murder Scene* (aka QOTMS) is the title song of their 2nd album... a concept album written when Dany (guitar) and Pau (drums) were barely teenagers! the album tells the foreboding dark story of unrequited love and the Queen through her battles between good and evil over her soul... the full story of the concept album is best experienced in order from *Dust to Dust* all the way to *The End (Stars Always Seem To Fade)* ... this title song of the album depicts the evil side of the Queen flaunting its immortality and some might also say its immorality... you don't really want to understand what its like to have blood on your hands. you don't deserve it, the crown is mine! TWA ⚡🤘😸🤘⚡ TWA
If you like this, you just gotta go back four more years in time and listen to the entire album, QOTMS. I have a lot of concept albums in my collection, including *Tommy and Quadrophenia* (The Who) *The Wall* (Pink Floyd), and several others. *Queen of the Murder Scene* is a danged masterpiece! Every song on it has a unique vibe, tailored to the story. It is a rock novel concept album meant to be heard in song order. *Dust to Dust* is the prologue. Four chapters of three songs each follow. The girls laid everything on the table with that album. The cover of the LP is gorgeous, as is the literature that comes inside the double LP jacket. They performed it LIVE as the 2018 debut concert at Lunario. Four other songs from their first album are interspersed among chapters there. That concert is a must-see video. It is dark, raw, real, and a little bit rough (they were exhausted from an insane schedule and Lunario is about 7350 feet above sea level in Mexico City - Ale had to be treated for dehydration afterwards). But the mood is stellar, the video art show behind Pau is amazing, the musical performance is jaw-dropping at points, and Dany really gets into the main character as The Queen. Her Chapter One, Song One, *Crimson Queen* performance is heart-wrenching. And Pau's performance of *The End (Stars Always Seem to Fade)* is a stadium rock anthem, complete with a brief "Dany Gilmour" solo. This is where they really knew they would be rock stars.
New material is AWESOME to capture the whole world, but, I think , last night, Japan missed this FANTASTIC stuff, material from QOTMS and XXICB, even from ERROR....OMG!
The guitar was a gift while on tour opening for Lzzy, not really for Enter Sandman. It's very similar to Izzy's signature Gibson.. They were 12,15 &17 when they wrote the QOTMS ALBUM. THESE GIRLS ARE BRILLIANT.🌎✌️
I think very few do because labels are usually averse to the idea. The fact that they already have the concept album checked off is amazing. However, if they were signed to a major label at the time I think the label would have reacted something like " a concept album?! No way! It's only your 2nd album. You need radio hits. You need more fans. Wait on the idea"
Lizzy Hale gave her the guitar at a concert while the warning was in the middle of the set ,Lizzy had it custom built to Danis specs she had Danny's guitar techs give her all the information on what strings and pickups she used and then had Gibson scour the world for the right guitar🎉
They don't sound like any other band. It's just they give you the feeling you had when you listen to a past band you like feeling more then sound. This guitar is used on the live version of enter sandman not recorded version
Absolutely EPIC live performance!! This song and the complete QOTMS album are masterpieces written by teenage girls! They are the best power trio of XXI century! Viva The Warning!! ⚡⚡⚡
Not sure if it was mentioned but one of The Warning ‘s influences is Megadeath and there is a personal connection. They got to meet Megadeth bassist and co-founder David Ellefson when they were at Berklee and actually played one of their original songs for him.
There are gems on all the albums and Error is impeccable, but I keep going back to QOTMS. So many genres... Dust to Dust heads into Crimson Queen, a last minute addition to the album by Dany and trust me, it will give you chills. The entire first half of the album has the young lady slowly sinking into madness and the second half has the murder and the evil queen trying to take over her soul... I only liked about half the songs on first listen, now it has become one of my only albums I play front to back anymore. I especially love the groove of Dull Knives and have been working on learning it on guitar. Pau does one of her "I'm going to make you cry, dammit" moments with the finale "The End', where it is believed the evil queen won and the young lady has no will left to live. Pau wrote most of it at 14, and I remember one interview where she said she was feeling "angsty". That's a helluva lotta angst. But it works. And this old man absolutely loves it. Final note: With the LPs come a libretto of sorts, with lyrics and drawings. On the first few tracks, the handwritten lyrics and nice and straight and neat... keep going and they become scattered, scratchy and blood stained... Pau mentioned that they had to tone down the visuals shown at the concerts, that there was too much blood. You've been warned.
Lzzy gifted Dany this guitar when they were on tour wirh Halestorm. The Enter Sandman video is two years older. This song (QOTMS) is the title track of their 2nd album, which is a concept album about a girl who goes from unrequited love through obsession, stalking, murder, psychosis to utter madness. This song fits in the story somewhere between the murder and the psychosis.
They were teenie weenie baby rockers when they wrote this one! From the album of the same name, btw...Lizzy Hale gifted the Explorer to Dany during a live show in Irving Texas in Aug, 2022
Now you need to react to XXI Century Blood! Their music video is another masterpiece which won multiple awards. They were pretty young, I think Ale was like 11-12 years old but the music and energy was out of this world!
The OMV is a mini movie! Fantastic way to open their first full album and one of my top 5 of TW songs. Of course, we should probably hear the rest of "Keep Me Fed" before declaring anything as "their best", but QOTMS is way up there too.
New to you guys. Great reaction. Member of TWA. Huge fan of this song. One of Dany's best melodic solos. She rarely shreds (Z) but always makes it fit the song. They just played an epic concert last night in Japan including a new collaboration with Band Maid. Killer new song with double everything on stage! Warning went a week early to put it together. Cant wait for the new LP to drop 6/28. Already have tix for Atlanta, Baltimore and Toronto. All concerts moved to larger venues due to demand. This band will be playing arenas and stadiums very soon. Keep rocking!
I love the artistry they managed to project in this track, everything is grandiose about it, so theatrical and dramatic, the dark atmosphere and ambience of malevolence, is like a piece of a rock-horror musical, even though I was never a fan of songs that glorify evil, I'm very impressed by the creativity of these talented young ladies, And to think they were basically still kids when they composed this track is mind blowing for me 🤯 Just by the title alone "Queen of the murder scene" ... How the heck did they came out with something like this!!?? 😧😳
The entire Queen of the Murder Scene album (aka Pau's Emo phase) is fantastic and is still my favorite of theirs. It's a concept album so it deserves to be listened to in order.
When Lzzy gifted Dany that one of a kind Brand New Gibson Explorer mid show in Irving TX, the crowd went crazy. I watched it happen on a Live stream, and even her crew recorded and shared it as it went down on that big stage. An amazing picture was taken of Dany as she went straight away with it, and rocked out Queen Of The Murder Scene as Lzzy watched from backstage. I got that picture blown up, printed, and Dany signed it for me at another show. It is now framed and on display, and for me, it is one of the most iconic Rock & Roll pictures I own. Still blows me away that Ale was only 17 here at this Teatro show, but watching her grow up, and all she has already done prior, sure makes it easier to believe just how good she is....... but still! 👀
Hi Guys! Great reaction. I always enjoy your comments full of energy, passion, and surprise. In this reaction we are hearing another song from the same album that Dust to dust, which is the opening song. The QOTMS is a concept album created in 2018, it is full of masterpieces and this one for me is the best. The composition, the lyrics, the melody, harmonies, rhythm, everything!!! They make this an epic Rock song. Listen to the whole album you will enjoy it, and if you allow me, let me tell you that you can see/hear/enjoy the whole album alive in the video The Warning at the Lunario. You won't regret it. Viva The Warning! Now in a tour thru Japan. Today they performed already with Band-Maid, the Japanese Band. Greetings from Monterrey! 🤘⚡⚡⚡🔥🔥🔥🤘
Thank you for checking out Queen of the Murder Scene, this is one of my favorite albums regardless of the fact they were hardly more than children when they wrote it, extremely talented children, but kids none-the-less. Most of at their age were out trying to not get caught blowing toy soldiers up with firecrackers, or maybe that was just me.🤕
The pre-recorded scream heard At minute 3:35 in the in the background is Dany's. They recorded it together and they turned off the lights, and Ale and Pau say they were really scared. 😂😂😂 ♥♥♥TW
This song, Dull Knives, and Dust To Dust (all from QOTMS) set the bar high for the metal heads in the Army giving them further expectations to think that was all that would compile The Warning’s repertoire going forward. However the songwriting talents of the three proves just how broad their spectrum of sound can be as they continue to stretch and evolve on that sound. Unfortunately some music lovers tend to have preference or tastes that dominate so appreciations can sometimes be limited. On the flip side those longer tenured members of TWA have witnessed the children become women and have followed and embraced their growth both musically and literally. ⚠️⚡️⚡️⚡️
Well said. There's already some discounting of their new songs, but there are many more again just waiting for June 28! But the fact remains that they long ago stated they would be trying different things, going forward. "KMF" is their first to begin to musically move somewhere they haven't explored previously, in production and in songwriting. So far I'm pretty confident in what the other six songs are going to give us, and it's likely to be the "big break". However, that too can often be a double edged sword, but these women have a bunch of experience already, and with their team they'll be good no matter how huge the band gets to be in the next couple years. Viva The Warning!
@@DarylH56 You wanna be further impressed? If you haven’t seen and heard already, catch the full live performance of Burnout in Japan. It kicks ass. To this point Automatic Sun is the best one but I think Burnout live bumps HYCAD down a notch to the delight of the metal heads in TWA. ⚠️⚡️⚡️⚡️🤟
Certainly Queen of the Murder Scene is not one of the most popular songs, it is understandable why; but it should certainly be in the top 3 of the best.
This song has it all: Multiple time signature changes An absolutely THUNDERING bass (that picks up the ‘rhythm guitar’ vibe when Dany is soloing) DANY SOLOING on that Gibson Explorer gifted to her by the one and only Lzzy fucking Hale. Her voice is phenomenal here as well! My favorite line of any song by The Warning: I have no mercy and I never will Alé showing off her falsetto voice And a drummer playing immaculately (with double bass drum notes) and singing “korosu” (which is “kill” in Japanese) Let’s not overlook the fact that they were teenagers (pre-teen in Alé’s case) when they wrote it!
FUQ YEAH 🤘🏽🤘🏽🤘🏽 I said the SAME thing it’s giving old Megadeth and this is one of my FAVORITE songs of theirs and too 5 of their live performances! I was STOKED when I saw you guys were gonna be reacting to this particular live of this song, and I KNEW you were gonna fkin DIG it! These girls.. this song is SUCH a creepy, rolling, sinister, menacing, face melting BANGER. One of my FAVORITES 🤘🏽🖤❤️🔥⚡️
Just stumbled upon ur guy's channel and like what u got going on. Keep up the great work. TWA member here. Love that you guys are covering these ladies. I think you guys will be blown away by Pau's performance in 23, from the Teatro Metropolitan concert. Bring tissues though, this song will tear at your soul guaranteed ⚡🤘🏻
I understand it because in my TW "Top-30" I have 3 tied for #1, this one "QOTMS", "HYCAD" and "Automatic Sun". Thanks and greetings from México!! 🇲🇽 🤘😁✌️
Izzy gifted Dany the Explorer when they toured together 2 years ago during the summer. There's a video of Izzy giving Dany the guitar it had nothing to do with Enter Sandman
I know these three are so very busy these days with the constant touring and public affairs and whatnot, but I would LOVE to hear a remake of this entire album. Don't get me wrong, the original is tremendous, but listen to how much better they are now with everything since they have evolved. I feel it would take QOTMS to a whole new level. Long live The Warning!
One of my favs, remember me early heavy metal. Great solo guitar but solo bass too, epic Ale stuff OMG. Some coments talk about Black Sabbath and again Ale's bass hit hard like Geezer Butler's bass. Danny's vocals are dark and awesome. Pau is kickin ass with this metal double kicks. I think Black Sabbath fans we love Queen of the murder scene and Dust to Dust.
Great reaction! Maybe this song is their most metal song. You need to check out their cover of The Pretender, when they was very youngs, kids in fact. ❤
Just remember a 17, 15, and 12 year olds wrote this title track from their masterpiece concept album.
Fucking over achieving family! So much brilliance. Thank you mama and papa Villarreal!❤❤❤
and thats the MINDBLower🤯,,in a SECOND language, making awesome stories,,
Yup. This was from the 2nd album, not even all teens yet. Whhaaattt! 🤯
It would be a great song if 40 year-olds wrote it, but coming from teenagers? How have they lived enough to write such mature lyrics, right?
@charleswharmbyiii8401 Well, these are three highly intelligent, multilingual, superbly talented, well-raised and educated, apparently highly ambitious, starving for knowledge sisters with incredibly supportive parents *gasping breath*
And who knows what's in Pau's mind anyway 😂 Can we just agree that lightning can strike twice? Rush did it for 40+ years without social media. These women just got a bug and a huge head start 🤘
Fun fact Megadeath bassist was a tutor for the Berkely School of Music and he loved these little kids he was able to mentor and assist back when they were 15, 13, and 10.
I forgot about that!
You are absolutely right!! 🤘
That piece of information I didn’t!
Dude! Why did I forget that! 😳🤘🏼❤️🔥🤘🏼Talk about six degrees…!
Thanks for that reminder. I knew it, but never put it together.
They are just not able to do anything bad. Everything is tops. Dani doing a bit of rasp here. Amazing.

Enter Sandman seems to have fallen off the setlist with the addition of new songs from KMF. I wonder if they would play it though at Wacken? 🤘🏽
QOTMS is an outstanding track in its own right. But put in context with the entire concept album of the same name, it's a masterpiece.
As the years go by, I truly believe it will be recognized as one of the greatest albums of all-time. To me, it's there already.
Yea QOMTS is by far their best song. It's insanely good. And I agree, Dust to Dust is another spectacular song
Im with you. "Dust to Dust" and "Queen of the Murder Scene" are top tier. The first time I heard this song, it blew me away.
The older songs are so well written. They are even better now that they are more mature performers. The versions from this concert are amazing.
Children wrote this song. CHILDREN. How much Passion and Badass-ness can be packed into a single song? Stay tuned, The Warning will show you. ⚡️🤟🏼

The pre-recorded scream heard At minute 3:35 in the in the background is Dany's. They recorded it together and they turned off the lights, and Ale and Pau say they were really scared. 😂😂😂 ♥♥♥TW
Welcome back guys. You are the best.
It's a sin if you don't get goosebumps when you listening to this
La voz de Dany es de auténtica Rockstar, está hecha para el hard Rock. Potente, rasposa, perfecto para este tipo de música ❤ DPA
This song kicks ass.
Cheers for the reaction! Great song for sure.
The diversity of what these ladies can play never ceases to amaze me!
the scream at the back at 5:31 is one of my favorite details in the album, I loved that they noticed.
I've seen Pau wearing a Megadeth T-shirt in the past. That, along with their Berklee connection shows that they are fans. ;-)
I love Dany and Paus menacing walk at 1:28, but I just noticed that Pau also stands up, they are all musicians and overall good performers!
I LOVE WHEN PAU GOES ON THE WARPATH BEHIND THOSE DRUMS.❤❤❤
Actually Lzzy just popped it on Dany at a live show in Dallas.
One of my favorites... how about that tribal beat between verses and the double kicks!!!! 🤘🤘🤘🔥🔥🔥
the Warning... ¡simply amazing!
Lizzy Hale gave that guitar tour on tour not specifically for the Metallica video. There’s a cute video online of her receiving the the guitar
It's one of the best songs they have written so far!
Thank you two very much for your reactions, I enjoy them!
¡Viva The Warning!
Audio Lunch/The Warning is an automatic click ⚡⚡⚡
Another great reaction guys
✌️💖🎼
Where has this been all my life?
Certainly Queen of the Murder Scene is not one of the most popular songs, it is understandable why; but it should certainly be in the top 3 of the best.
By the way that's "Korosu" that she is repeating in the bridge. And that is one of the many words in Japanese for "Kill"
Queens of Rock. Right on the money guys. Classic rock in new vibes. And Dany's solo, these ladies know what they're doing.
This song has it all:
Multiple time signature changes
An absolutely THUNDERING bass (that picks up the ‘rhythm guitar’ vibe when Dany is soloing)
DANY SOLOING on that Gibson Explorer gifted to her by the one and only Lzzy fucking Hale. Her voice is phenomenal here as well!
My favorite line of any song by The Warning: I have no mercy and I never will
Alé showing off her falsetto voice
And a drummer playing immaculately (with double bass drum notes) and singing “korosu” (which is “kill” in Japanese)
Let’s not overlook the fact that they were teenagers (pre-teen in Alé’s case) when they wrote it!
Title track from their second Album.... It blew my mind the first time I heard it!!!
This is my favorite song by TW as well. Just love it!
Dust to Dust was my favourite song when I discovered them last month... until I listened to this one a week ago xDDD This ladies are The Goat
thanks guys!!! you are the beast!!
Hell Yeah!!, I'm out of words for these ladies, Big Megadeth fan, I'll let you guys speak, you words are appropriate also😄, Thanks guys take care
Great reaction!!! One of my favorites by The Warning. You should listen to Dull Knives from the same concert next. You won’t be sorry 🤘🏻🤘🏻
Awesome reaction, dull knives is another great from Teatro metropolitan. Thanks guys!
Dimebag Dany is sensational on this lead 🔥
Just stumbled upon ur guy's channel and like what u got going on. Keep up the great work. TWA member here. Love that you guys are covering these ladies. I think you guys will be blown away by Pau's performance in 23, from the Teatro Metropolitan concert. Bring tissues though, this song will tear at your soul guaranteed ⚡🤘🏻
Great reaction
I understand it because in my TW "Top-30" I have 3 tied for #1, this one "QOTMS", "HYCAD" and "Automatic Sun".
Thanks and greetings from México!! 🇲🇽
🤘😁✌️
Agree, this is masterpiece!
Izzy gifted Dany the Explorer when they toured together 2 years ago during the summer. There's a video of Izzy giving Dany the guitar it had nothing to do with Enter Sandman
🔥⚡🤘That guitare solo is insanly good !🎸🤘⚡🔥
I know these three are so very busy these days with the constant touring and public affairs and whatnot, but I would LOVE to hear a remake of this entire album. Don't get me wrong, the original is tremendous, but listen to how much better they are now with everything since they have evolved. I feel it would take QOTMS to a whole new level. Long live The Warning!
I love how Metal this sounds and feels ...
Welcome back guys!! Nice reaction. 😎
Such an extraordinary song!
Nice video! Thanks! And that steadfast opinion, this being your favourite song...don't worry. It'll change as you go deeper. So many times. 😀🤘
I think Black Sabbath fans we love Queen of the murder scene and Dust to Dust.
great reaction to a great song
thank you for supporting the warning.. it's a journey you started... enjoy it
Great reaction! Maybe this song is their most metal song. You need to check out their cover of The Pretender, when they was very youngs, kids in fact. ❤
