This is a song Pau let the record company add to the Error album at the last minute .To fill space. Her one condition was that she would never proform it live. It was to special and emotional to her. But she decided to play it at their 10th anniversary show. I don't think it was the song that made her brake down. I think it was the love and support of the crowd .The most emotional moment in rock history.

Context is so important. Believe or not, this wasn’t Pau at the top of her game. She was sick but performed regardless. She had just performed Black Holes with strings (violins, violas, cellos) and then performed Breathe. It was their 10th Anniversary as a band so the night was very special. I’m not sure if it was Pau calling an audible to sing a song live she said she wouldn’t do. When the audience started singing with her emotions got the best of her. Remember, this is a song in English being sung in Mexico to a mostly Mexican audience but they knew every word.
I like to joke that Pau bursts into tears at the drop of a hat... because she does. She's a very emotional person, and that's part of her personal character and charm. But this was _different_ . It's not her bursting into tears because she just got told they were opening for Muse, or that she saw their name on a billboard they never imagined they would see... this is _personal_ ... and also layered with the absolutely incredible *love* the theater audience showed for her as she opted to play this "never to be played live" song, for the first and perhaps last time ever.
This was, indeed, a special moment... and the fact that they were all pretty sick during the show on top of it just makes it even more so. These ladies are _troopers_ ; willing to punch through ailments and emotionally as well as physically _sacrifice_ for their art... and people pick up on that. And respond to it, and so... here we all are. There are literally a billion channels to look at and waste our time on in the RUclips universe, but we are *here* ... and that's entirely the fault of these three petite young sisters from Mexico.

Pau is just a very special talent. People everywhere in the world love her.. 🤟🎶☮️

Hey Guys! Pau is so very special. What you heard and saw from the ENTIRE audience (all 8000 are huge fans) and from Paulina was Love, pure and simple. Pau described this song as a Panic Attack set to music, and she never wanted to do it live. It wasn't even recorded in a studio. She did it at their famously out of tune piano in the family livingroom. These young ladies are going to go down in history as one of the greatest ever. Future Legends!

Pau did a challenge on Pau Day, to learn and play a song in 4 hours. The Instagram choice for her was "Creep". "I wish I was special "...which is ironic, from one of the truly special people on the planet. And naturally she just KILLED the song. Creep was a song that just kinda gave me the creeps a bit. But now I love the Pau-erful version ❤. She OWNED it.😊
This is the song she didn't want to play live but especially near the end the crowd singing her song with her made it even more emotional. Additionally, Pau was pretty ill during this concert. She apparently was struggling with the flu. Supposedly all three of them had it but the only one I heard actually coughing was Pau. She didn't want to disappoint the 8000 fans that came to the concert & gave this as a special thing for them. The 3 shows starting in Guadalajara were very emotional for these ladies. 10 years as a band and back in their home country after a busy year including shows in North and South America plus Europe. They start their 2024 touring season off in February with Shiprock and are still adding dates.
I really fear them being on a floating petri dish.
What a gift Pau gave her fans by signing this personal song live for them on the 10th anniversary of TW a beautiful song.💔 She had the flu which made this even more amazing. Kudos to the 8000 fans that finished the song for her a very touching moment maybe one of the most emotional I've seen at a live show. Can't wait for the official video release from TW. Thanks for doing this it was the closest fan cam I've seen of this. 🤘⚡🔥

Did you know that it´s Pau (the drummer) who write most of the songs and lyrics on piano and then brings it to the sisters and compleate with them.
A very emotional performance. Gerard made up the story about the loss of a close friend. Paulina never said that, only that she wrote it when she was going through a difficult time.
The song you mean she wrote about an addict who died , is "Black Hole"
"Is it so wrong, wrong to want to be alright?" gets me every time. Her voice and emotions give out at the end and the crowd finishes the "ooohh, ooohhh, oooohh" for her at the end. Only a select few artists connect with their audiences at that level. Paulina is the drummer and is the main song writer for the group.

Ey, amigos. Un poco de contexto.
The Warning estaba celebrando diez años con la música.
Como sabrán las hermanas comenzaron a rockear siendo muy niñas y han tenido que sortear muchas dificultades y adversidades para lograr ser lo que son ahora. El hecho de ser niñas y mujeres en el mundo del rock fueron algunas de esas dificultades.
Cumplían diez años con la música y estaban haciendo su concierto ante una multitud de ocho mil personas que habían concurrido a verlas solamente a ellas.
Con el agregado de que Pau estaba enferma. Todavía no había superado la fiebre y la gran gripe que se había contagiado junto con Ale y Dany luego de su gira por sudamérica. Una gira que recorrió América del Sur: Colombia, Chile y Argentina.
Con todo ese contexto, Pau decide tocar Breathe. Una canción tan emocional en lo personal para Paulina que ella había dicho que nunca la iba a interpretar en público.
Sin embargo ese día, con todo ese maremoto de emociones, Pau decide cantar Breathe. Al final la emoción y el llanto le ganó la pulseada.
