    I always supplement vitamin D3 in the winter for depression and anxiety..pretty much take it all year but winter is the most needed for me.

      @@debbiemayberry3260 that's good..I really helps my mood personally..I take bigger doses then what's recommended

      @@BeardsandCars i was taking 10K out for awhile. Might up in back up til I'm feeling better.

      @@debbiemayberry3260 ya I have to take more during the winter I'll usually take 5 to 10k a day and feel pretty good but if I start slacking my mood crashes.
