And the man is 67 years old and buffer, stronger, and leaner than most young adults. I mean, I've been lifting for over 4 years (not always knowing what I'm doing, of course, and I ended up cutting for a long time) and his arms especially are much bigger than mine.

They have the highlander games in Portland if you want to try the Scottish equivalent to the Olympics. I think you might find it more strength based than the Greek Olympics.

6:12 Ancient Olympic runners usually ran on a track covered with layer of sand and dust. Before running, they covered their bodies with oil which helped them with washing it all off, before washing themselves after run, the Olympic runners used to scrap the layers of sand and dust with a knife. Also, they looked jacked and shiny so thats also a reason why Ancient Olympic athletes used the oils.
More than anything it was just fun to see some guys having fun with their dad!

Brandon,,you always make me think to my single days and make me wish I had the time of those days (i know ya still busy ) but having a growing family (kiddos) does take time away from your time (which I now relate to Hudson and now even Duke being older ,,, you Dudes have helped me alot and I love seeing yall as a family coz I too am a family guy . What a beautiful family. The father has certainly been able to raise his children, they are joined by a very strong bond. These are true fathers. And I'm sure that mom also helped to consolidate that bond. She must be proud of her three men.
