why would you ever be 2 meters away from the charging dock in wireless mode??
They should make that the charger and mouse glows red,orange and green depending on the battery level WHILE YOU CHARGE IT.
Red is low battery Orange is medium = playable Green is fully charged.

I've had this mouse for quite some time now, still working perfectly
While I don't game on a pro level, and thus the extra tiny amount of Hz polling rate or extra 2ms input lag don't affect me, I game extremely heavily, and the SteelSeries Sensei Wireless has served me quite well for shooters and other games, and the Logitech MX Master serves me well for MMOs and more casual play, along with productivity.
Seems very odd to have such a problem with wireless in a mouse in 2015 o_O

What microphone are you using to record this video ? I am thinking about buying an audio-tehnica at2020 and yours sounds fantastic
So is mouse good or not? People said they had problems with this mouse, like buttons broke quickly, lagg issues and stopped working after few months.
Most people just hate on razer I don't use their stuff anymore but is had the death adder chroma for a year an it still works. Their are a lot if complains becuz razer sells so much copy's of their mouses that there seem to be lots of complains

I had my taipan for 3 years, still works fine. The matte finish is starting to wear off and become glossy though.
I have one, it works greate, and feels really nice in the hand
same, had the deathadder chroma for years and still works perfectly fine, people just follow the flow and diss on razer.

+e1darie1 You can plug this mouse in using it's USB cable too. The reason Razer doesn't have a laptop USB for it is simple, they want you to buy their laptop mice instead, and who the hell would buy a $150 gaming mouse and then stick it in a laptop bag anyway?
+Roger J I would buy it if USB was there. I like Razer mices. Razer Orochi is USB one but its very small for my hand. I'm carrying my laptop everyday to my work so I get tired of wires. It would be nice if you use USB during moving around and if you back home you put your mouse on charging dock.

If you play any games like quake or cs I wouldn't recommend wireless since they're heavier and are less responsive but if you don't then wireless should be fine for you.

For example, the Zowie FK1 has one of the best sensors in the world and it only goes up to 2400 dpi or so.
More DPI = /= better in any way. Laser mice always have much higher DPI , but laser are arguably always worse than optical because of negative acceleration native to the sensors, like for example the Steelseries Sensei has.
Marketing people want you to believe a higher dpi mouse in better in some way though :)

+Lizard reptilian actually lazer sensors that can go that high on the dpi scale are worse for fps gaming than older optical sensors. Look up the list of "perfect sensors" these are the only ones without any hardware acceleration.
I just bought this mouse
and I love it cause it's the best mouse you can get! I just have a doubt- while charging the mouse on the dock it emits a green colour in a breathing pattern.
I just wanted to know whether I can change that or is it default??

ive had my mamba since 09 and have had zero issues
Some are lucky, i've had one from 2012 - 2016 which broke down, however very possible to fix, and for hte price i would've expected not to take a drill through it to take it apart to fix the buttons as they needed some love in 2014.
All that said i still use a 2012 model mamba and will continue to as long as i can get them for cheap. However i would never pay anywhere near full price for one again due to the mouse not having any source of spare parts.

rodrigo scheneider Don't know fam. They're mice are great and so is their Laptop. I haven't had much experience with heir keyboards so I don't know about those. But I will tell you, their headphones are utter garbage.
I feel sorry for the suckers who buy this piece of crap. Just your same old usual terrible Razer hardware, enjoy your double clicking issues in less than a year. I'm a G602 user and I've never had any lag with it, ever, and a single AA battery lasts me about 3 MONTHS. Not to mention it's ergonomically very comfortable. Also it's like a third of the price of this thing.
Classic Razer. Slap on a whole bunch of LED's on it, give it a DPI number which no one ever really uses, and sell it for some absurd price.

I'm not saying that you're wrong, razer has ALOT of overpriced products, i just really like the mouse because it's very comfortable, looks good and isn't that overpriced. (Maybe a bit :P).

It's a very nice mouse and all, but I don't really seem to understand the wireless productivity part. The dock acts as a receiver so it should be vonnected to your pc, so the pc is also the powersource. Then how does it charge when your pc is off, so either you need to keep your pc on till it charges and you cant use it at that time or you need to use the cable, which makes it just a normal cabled 70 dollar mouse... Can someone please explain?

guys in your opinion, should i bother upgrading my old 2012 mamba, which is about 2 years or more old to the new mamba, or even getting the new g900? Since i can feel that the performance of the mouse is just urgh, gets me sometimes as i game Battlefield 4 competitively constantly going to matches/scrims

Have you ever used the Logitech G700 or G700s? Never noticed any lag or difference in wired or wireless. If you've used it, why do you think this one is still better even though it has those issues that the G700(s) does not have?
