Have you tried XTOOL D8 or Autel tablet scanner? Both can read my W203 SRS code and clear them and perform actuation tests on various modules !

Hello, thanks for all the cool informative videos. I have a 2007 E-Class and was going to purchase a used STAR diag tool from eBay. Would you recommend the system you used over a STAR setup? Any info would help thanks!!
Star is the best, make sure you buy from a reputable seller and try to get the complete package including laptop to avoid further hassle. Star 4 should be good for most Mercedes-Benz Owners.
hi mate thanks for the video it was a lot of help, I still have a problem, when I got my Mercedes CLK kompressor 200 coupe I change the stereo since didn't take a USB after I change it from a local stereo shop I went in the car and in the middle of the front seat's there is a Bluetooth device that I thought it was of the stereo and I cut it of with a knife, when I did this a warning like your came up SRS, I had the car for 7 years now I always managed to pass it for the VRT but this year I'm having compilations and all the electricians where I live they don't have a clue and obviously they are asking for a lot of money that I think that you can solve it by an ECU that I don't own , can you give me some suggestions please I really need help...

Search MB star C3 on EBay, you need the relay, cables and the laptop.
2004 C320 sedan W203. I replaced the LCD screen which always faded out on these model's, after all is back together SRS comes on. My regular mechanic does not get any fault codes with his scanner.
Do you suggest I try a Mercedes Benz/European shop....not the dealership PLEASE
Did your mechanic pull the airbag out?
No, didn't touch the airbag. Only removed the dash display and replaced the LCD screen
replaced power window regulator 2006 c230 sport un plugged side airbag now cant re set SRS light?
Yeah, those airbag connectors are 2 staged

Will SRS light cause steering wheel to lock
This is a scary question, why do you think so? SRS is usually related to airbags, pretentioner, clock spring, occupancy sensor, and sometimes phone module, I think it has nothing to do with mechanical issues. What is the problem?
@@BenzAddiction I had a fuel pump replaced while traveling…when I picked the truck up there was SRS light and check engine light on
I asked y those lights were on and the mechanic told me they needed to be reset but that since I was in a hurry I can get that done anytime at autozone.
So I proceeded to drive 171 miles and it drove fine
I kept meaning to get it checkout but it drove so good for over the following month.
Then one day I went to the grocery store and when I came out the steering wheel was just locked up
I managed to get it home but I can’t operate it
I have been researching RUclips videos and have narrowed it down to a module replacement or a issue with them not connecting everything correctly when they put it back together after the fuel pump and I forgot to mention a new battery …
But I’m so lost
The fuel pump and battery was almost 2k just can’t afford to waste anymore money without having some kind of idea as to what is going on
@CharmayneTheGoddess You ll definitely need to diagnose the car using star, yes SRS faults need to be reset always.
I replaced the rear seat belts... .....
