    Thanks for class, Emilie! Struggling big time with my back these days so haven't been able to work out much the last 3 weeks. Trying to slowly invite back movement and this class was perfect! Namaste🙏

    this was really nice. it felt like crow was a bit early but i loved the forwardfold leg lifts 😊❤

    C'était EXACTEMENT ce qu'il me fallait après une reprise difficile au lycée, merci Émilie 🙏🙏 j'ai essayé de garder les yeux fermés tout le temps pour bien rentrer dans ma bulle, mais ils se sont ouverts par précaution pour le passage en wild thing, ainsi que pour le kick en tadasana (mais la transition en chaprasana s'est faite yeux fermés 😉). Parenthèse de calme dans cette journée dingue, qu'est-ce que cela fait du bien ❤❤

    Wow Emilie :) this felt like a slow beautiful dance :) I loved it so so much :) anxiety set in and kept me awake most of the night and this has calmed me down and feel much more ready to face the day. I always love crow and twisted lunge always feels so good :) your creativity is such a gift 💜I hope you are having a nice week :) thank you for sharing with us 💜❤️💚

      @@yogawithemilie ah are there mountains in Luxembourg? I adore hiking but it's hard for me to get to the bases without knowledge of how to drive:)
