I watched this yesterday and thought, "No way can I do that." Opened the video today thinking, "Just do what you can." Sugar cane in side plank, did it. Floating from half moon to squat, kinda wobbly but did it. Pistol squat, did it. First decent attempts at hand stand. Your flows are fantastic for people like myself who have been mid intermediate yogis for years. Thank you for pushing me out of my comfort zone.❤❤❤

Good morning Emilie :) Just Wonderful!! I always love the half moon and squat it is so challenging for me and feels so good when I almost don’t fall out :) I thought we were about to end and I thought I would pause and do a headstand and then you lead is to it :) felt perfect :) thank you for sharing with us! Do you like your yoga mat?? It looks so pretty and I read that it is washable. I have had a cork mat for several years and it is so beautiful but I have to spray it for it to not be slippery and just wondered about getting a different mat maybe for next Christmas :) I hope you are having a good week :)💜

Ufff I ended up literally covered in sweat, waterfall like. I was like "nope" during the pistol squat part and my hamstrings weren't really helpful (they never are) but I really enjoyed it. Challenging for sure, I'll have to be back to this one. Thank you so much!🙏🏻
