  • This video will help people get a better understanding of doing Tapestry Crochet using double crochet.
Tapestry sounds scary but it is super easy to do once you know the little tricks that make it come out better.
The project that I am showing in the video is my new design Panes of Change which will be published within 2 weeks of making this video.
I can be found online at Ravelry.com and facebook under my name. I have a group on Ravelry named Made of Change where I share all of my design work and do my pattern testing.
I currently have two patterns published on Ravelry. There is a free mini version for each large pattern. Rings of Change & Spirals of Change. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

hello great video Frank I have been wanting to learn this. this video gave me a better understanding of Tapestry Crochet thank you, I find I like using double crochet for tap crochet then single to me its much easier because you do not have to crochet backwards.......

I remember this as "color through color" crochet; or maybe they also called it intarsia? Used a lot of yarn but the effect was wonderful! Thanks for the reminder and I look forward to working some of your patterns from Ravelry. Cheers, Frank!

Hi I'm new to crochet and my second project was a butterfly graph in sc. Is there any way to not get the jagged edge when changing colour other than doing Tunisian crochet? tia.
