    To the question of will he notice the difference between a 4.3l and a 6.0: my friend and I have nearly identical 2002 and 2003 chevy 1500HDs. He pulled up next to a friend of his with a pretty decent freshened 69 or 70 mustang 289 w/ automatic. The completely stock pickup took the mustang by a full vehicle length over about 120 feet. Plus I’ve pulled 20,000lbs with mine. Did 70 mph easily for several hundred miles, I didn’t pass many fuel stops, but essentially trouble free for the entire trip. 😂 keep up the good work!

    So do you usually go with the no PRND programming option, relying on the hardware switch and relay. Finally approaching the point of putting a P59 on an HSK845 snowblower engine. Yes seriously.

    • @UglyTruckExperience
      @UglyTruckExperience  6 месяцев назад

      We always use the PRNDL, so I don't really have any experience with that. You must be up north somewhere if your making a snow blower run that good. Jerry

      Was looking for a video where you mention the pins of ECU used for it, and only seen where you mention none, but the ECU triggering starter relay. This is more about making sure I have everything in order. Maybe since my starting file expects electronic throttle, it refuses to start without it. I'll figure it out... eventually.

    • @UglyTruckExperience

      Let me know what year your PCM is programmed for and I could let you know what pins are related to the PRNDL. Jerry

      From a 2004 Silverado. 12587603 OS. Supposedly pin 34 of Blue, to ground for park. I tried that and the no switch flashing option. Probably need to re-evaluate my crank sensor setup or non-battery power supply. I am getting crank sensor "range/performance" code, despite getting an RPM reading. Trigger wheel wobbles a bit. Making mount for that involved welding a saw blade.

    • @Marc_Wolfe
      @Marc_Wolfe 6 месяцев назад

      My dumbass mounted the trigger wheel backwards. I even labeled it after referencing pictures, then practically stared at the label showing me it's backwards, wondering why it refused to work.

      @Ugly Truck Experience sorry, I'm not trying to be cruel nor am I an expert at making videos. Lord knows mine aren't perfect. However, when producing long videos that ARE entertaining and informative as yours are. Most follow the "narritive" that the camera person be silent unless asked a specific question. The reason being, your subject is typically further from the microphone, so, when you give ummm,yup or comment it's louder than the rest of the video. I apologize if this is coming across as curt but rest assured it IS constructive criticism. I and many many others look forward to more content from you. The woman is rather cute I might add. Cheers, Chris.
