- Recovery has gone well this week and I was desperate to get out for a run. This was a quick reflection on the East Devon Round and what's coming up in the next few weeks. Enjoy.

Good to see you out and about mate! Sounds like you've had a superb recovery. 😊👍 I always get a bit of chaffing from my waste belt along my back. I always put a strip of KT tape along my back to take the end off. I have the hero 10 I .guessing you can get some good deals on that now the 11 is out. Look forward to seeing the race video Francois! 😎🤘
If you're drinking active root, do you also have some plain water or is everything active root?
I'm running my first 50k this Saturday. Can't wait to see what list of problems I encounter along the way 😂
The hero 10 that I use is compatible with some longer life batteries but I haven't upgraded to those yet
Thanks Mark. Yeah I have one soft flask of active root and one of water and it seems to work well. I carry the sachets with me and just too up at the aid stations. Best of luck this weekend. Which race are you doing? Take your time and enjoy!
