Today I finally grabbed the camera and headed out onto new trials. Winchcombe, although on the Cotswold Way has many other amazing trials to explore. This time I ran the east side of the Winchcombe Way, a 40mile circular of the area.

Wonderful run Francois. Beautiful countryside on a sunny day:- paradise. There is nothing quite like seeing the sheer joy on a dog's face when he is out running. I felt much the same as you about filming during the horrible weather in March, I went out but it wasn't worth taking the camera. Now the weather has changed, I have got covid! Damn. I think the most important thing is for you to enjoy your race, it would be nice to watch you do it but if it is too inconvenient, it makes sense to leave the camera at home.

Hope you're feeling a bit better and recovering from Covid. The weather must surely start improving, and along with it our motivation and enjoyment of trail running! Robin loves every outing regardless of the weather!

Indeed I do, LL100 nerves are creeping, but once my next race is out the way, it's full steam ahead to focus on that one. Thanks for watching.

Great to have you back Francois! Huge kudos on getting that long run done. Even bigger kudos to Robin for joining you! I would like you to film the race but as you say it's tricky to film while using poles. You will have to pick your moments. I wonder if there was a mount that could work on the poles. 🤔 Best of luck with the rest of the training and enjoy your trip to India. 😎🤘
