No they arnt equal length they are a tuned header style. And im not sure got them off ebay here's the link to mine but you can look on there store and see what they offer for your truck www.ebay.com/itm/403843241528?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=b1ey3dp1rei&sssrc=2349624&ssuid=kRFn5HkeT-2&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY
Catless really opens them up and let's the engine breath, but also doubles if not triples the sound volume. If you leave the cats and do the trumpet loop it will sound like a corvette or camaro with stock exhaust system just different mufflers
Thanks! To do so you would have to let me know if you have stock manifolds, shorties, or long tube. Second you would have to measure your left bank and right bank pipes from the exact same place like the mounting flange on the manifolds to where your x pipe is located or will be located
@@B.B.423so i have a 2012 gmc Denali 1500 so my stock exhaust is identical to yours planning on doing almost identical exhaust as yours my headers are like shortys i can email you a picture of them and i can get measurements if you need
I don't believe that's possible because they are bigger primaries which will flow more air and the tune aspect of this will only help with exhaust scavenging so no I believe I gained torque and hp with these. If they were long tubes, I could see losing torqueon the low end but gaining hp on the top end but since I went with shorties that are factory manifold replacement location with better flow and bigger primaries its a win win in the torque and hp gains.
Bro said tuning without the cam doesn’t matter. You clearly aren’t educated in that type of situation. Tuning from factory is shitty. Tuning just the trans by itself is night and day difference. Paired with the engine at the same time and it’s not even in the same ball park as the factory tune. Go get it tuned then come back and say that again.
Okay... I will...i did....and... tuning on a bone stock motor doesn't do alot for the truck, yeah you can change alot like torque management and timing table to make the truck way more peppy feeling but for sound and horse power wise tuning on a bone stock naturally aspirated engine you arnt gonna get much more out of these engines in the stock form with DOD.. now that my truck is cammed with mild head work and a proper tune, it's a night and day different. But I personally wouldn't waste my money again to have a tune done on a stock truck if I had plans to do more engine work in the future.
Sounds real good man! Going over to my buddy’s house to fab up an equal length y pipe for my Silverado in a week or so.
THANKS! And heck yeah you won't regret it!
Are you running a single exit? I'm wanting to do the same with a y pipe
@@tyminski00 I ended up running true dual x pipe. I have a video of the setup on my channel
@@thegreatdane1279throw a karnage performance DD equalizer on the passenger side before the xpipe and you’ll have the equal length
Sounds tremendous
The flowmaster fx were definitely making it still sound like a truck!
Holy shit was that a spider on the back of your phone Lmao got damn all them lenses.
Sounds nuts tho
oh...also...ZERO DRONE...just nasty wicked crisp sounds from the Corsa
I’m thinking about buying these, could you make a in depth vid of the headers, I don’t understand how the wires fit
I'm eventually gonna buy some tight radius 90 spark plug wires cause I pulled my wires back and trimmed to make them work
What flow master muffler is this ? Sounds crazy good !
These are just cheap Amazon resonators on it in this video I'm running spintech 9k mufflers now
Does having the towing light on help the truck or what’s the purpose of having it on when your not pulling anything just curious?
I have aggressive trans tune on my tow haul button instead of the factory tow haul tune since I don't tow anything
Wheels look really good. Which ones are they?

would you recommend going cat-less or keeping the cats including the trumpet loop?

Headers gain power and torque everywhere. Losing low end power from headers is the one of the dumbest myths.
Looks like you need a tune
It is tuned
Shorties🤣
