I wanted to ask man I have the 98 gmc sierra 4.3 v6 vortec I’m putting this exact cam but should I change the fuel pump to a stock 5.7 350 vortec. My stock fuel pump is 2 psi off from the v8 version

I would think you'd be fine. But honestly you will need a tune regardless to get air fuel ratios good so the engine runs well enough to drive.
