Banana Oatmeal Pancakes:
1 banana
1 egg
1/2 cup oats
1/2 tsp baking power

If you grind the oats before putting the egg and then add the egg and the other ingredients the mixture will be more smooth 😊
In my head : I eat the Maggie first, drink luke warm water and pour the seasoning down my throat = Maggie in 2 minutes.

I tried the pancakes, and when I tell you this was amazing! I ate this with coconut whipped cream and peanut butter, and it was so yummy. I substituted the egg with plain yogurt as I did not have any egg at home, but it was so good!

@@aanyaremi I don’t usually count the calories but the pancakes without any toppings should be around 350 calories I guess. I’m not entirely sure tho.

How many cups of oats did you put?
I made the pancakes and they were REALLY good. Additionally I added cocoa powder and honey to give them a chocolatey flavour. It's awesome how you combined tasty,healthy and quick altogether!

I literally love you for this even tho it was a year ago! I recelty decided that its time to change up my lifestyle. So i started eating healthier, workingout every morning and sometimes in the afternoon, doing my skincare and in general being more productive and stuff. And these breakfast ideas are gonna help me so much you dont know how thankful i am!!

I used to hate oats cause of the texture and it having not much of a taste after just started adding a bit of brown surfer to taste and some bananas. The bananas help with the texture and the brow sugar adds a bit of sweetness
I find exercising a lot more easier than eating healthily

What blender did you use for the batter to turn out so smooth? Mine turned out very grainy, lumpy and thick 😊
I used a mixer grinder. I’m not sure what the brand was but it was probably either Philips or Bajaj. Maybe you can try blending it for a little longer. 😊
Did you use instant oats? Can we use the regular ones?
For the pancakes what was the white power u added before you mixed it? And what did you use for syrup?
It’s baking powder. And I didn’t add syrup just used peanut butter

How oat turns soft?
It's so cute but idk how you feel full after eating these, i would have to 2x of amount and it would mean 2x work to flip pancakes cut fruits etc. As a girl on longer side i am will go get advice from gymbros, bet they have something with protein powder, bacon and bread. I don't enjoy sweets too. Just wanna put nutritious food on table then eat. Good for small girlies tho 😄

I heard you can have other substitutes like pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds. But if you’re also allergic to seeds I’m not sure 🥲🥲

In the second recipe, chia seeds cannot be eaten dry, they have a shell that is very strong and can be dangerous to health 😁
Chia seeds can be eaten dry. You just need to account for the liquid they will absorb in your stomach. Have a glass of water with them to compensate.

You can skip it if you want. I use it to make the pancakes a little bit fluffy but it ain’t very necessary to add
