About NTT Pro Cycling
Founded in 2007, NTT Pro Cycling (formerly Team Dimension Data for Qhubeka) became the first-ever African cycling team to gain a WorldTour license, in 2016. With the support of our headline sponsor and technology innovation partner, NTT, we are the most purpose-driven, performance-led, and technology-enabled team in pro cycling today. We also ride to raise awareness for Qhubeka, a global charity operating in South Africa, through our #BicyclesChangeLives campaign. Кино
Mate, I’m loving these videos..
Thanks for sharing all those tips! Great explanations and more importantly it's also fun to watch!
I discovered your channel a few days ago, and remembered that on apr 16 2019 I was watching you breaking the hour record, keep up the good work and greetings from Spain 👍
Man Thank you so much for sharing your routine. You are an inspiration by the work you produced and your touch of humor is exquisite. I will share your videos as a token of gratitude. Have a good day 👌
Topman keep them coming please, educational, and funny much love from the uk 💂♂️🇬🇧💜
Thanks for the demonstration I really need to do something like this myself at the moment 👍
Very informative! Thanks Victor.
So helpful. Thank you for sharing.
Fantastic Victor, I will certainly be doing some of these, thanks again
Phillip, I thought for a second you stopped following the channel. Good to have you back :-)
At first I saw the intro poses and thought it was hilarious, but then realised it actually IS Mr Campenaerts. Good training resources right there. Awesome job.
Chapeau a vous, Victor. Chapeau.
Nice one Victor, great tutorial. 👏
Love it, thank you!
Just right the video I was looking for ! Mega props TT man :)
Right into my favorites !
Thank you very much for this vidéo, from France Victor ! ;)
Nice vacuum cleaner! :) loving these videos !!!
Thanks Victor for the great video- Tried already to take some into my daily routine- I am not as flexible as you, what makes it for some parts a real challange.
Great stuff, thanks!
Thanks 🙏
Thank you! Super!!!!!
Doing this routine before my training tonight! 🙌🏾
It really works! Felt really loose and powerful on the bike. Thank you!

thanks for the workout with voice
gonna start doing some of these, trying to fix some asymmetries i seem to have from sitting to much in a bad posture, thanks man.
Amazing
Great video, ouch that was hard but going to try to do this from now on, Thanks
damn look at those guns... I will immediately buy garmin bike computer, buy new BMC frame and also get some ENVE wheels
You mean a new waoo
Another good activation if you have upper back pain on one side while cycling, is to take a rubber band and stretch it straight out left to right, it will contract your upper back, it will also help with rounded shoulders and keep your back tighter/stronger and more stable on the bike.
These vids are really good man! keep it up
When the fast motion starts I just lost it 😂😂😂😂😂
Hey it would be great to make two videos of your routines in 1x speed. We could then follow you as you’re doing them. If you don’t want to include that in your channel’s feed then you can make them private and link them in the description of these video. Great content!
Good dam it! I thought this was Lionel Saunders latest video by the thumbnail! lol
sick tats man !
Flexmaster VC in da house
flexible everywhere except hamstrings - same as me ;-)
(probably except hip joint too, like minimum possible angle between pelvis and femur - when knee totally front)
i try to touch my toes and call it a day
Hey Victor, when is the best time to do activation? How long before the start of time trial?
GOD BLESS YOU !!! Hungry hulk !!! 😅
such a fun good natured human
What model of assos bibs are those? Dig the videos!
Legit exercises. You have some very flexible shoulders with that teraband...
This is before bike or just like the gym
What kind of mat are you using?
How long before TT you do the activation?
sauna oven in the tent?
0:06 #CyclingGut
anyone know where i can get that gym mat?
Hahaha... all tatood out like the pimp of the peloton for Mexico!!! Nice contents in the vids though
I think you need to get some dumbbells and beef up your arms. It won't make you slower and you''l look cooler.
you f***ing crack!
I really enjoy your sense of humor and knowledge ...Thanks a lot for sharing both with the cycling enthusiasts!!!
how much is that new skin suit at 0:05
Oh I hate core training 😭 rather suffer 6hours on my bike than do core
Luckily it isnt too importanr
Its Simon Core strength is much more important than we think! That’s why he’s able to stay so stable and go at those high speeds when time trialing!
@@joshuamalamion531 the science says IT isnt too important so please stfu
@@simonsimon8213 would you tell a stranger you don't agree with to shut the fuck up in person?
@@goldenretriever6261 yeah
Hi Victor, can you speak french or not?
alloo, couvert, fourrchette, pistolet, voila,.. dutch french al the same
I think I just had a horrible realization as to how gifted pros are at their discipline. My body does NOTHING near that when I stretch, its a fight and struggle, and I hate it. I do it, I foam roll, my body just doesn't move that freely. I'm actually jealous.
WTF 3:15 😨
