This was great, thank you so much. I do about 20 minutes of Pilates before a ride, but this is even better. Tip for us newbies trying to balance on the ball: I pushed the front of the ball against the couch and was able to balance (training wheels! 😊)

How long do muscles stay activated for? Do you need to get onto the bike with x minutes before it goes away?
