    i've had one sided saddle pain issues for a while now and i've felt like im not sitting squarely on the saddle despite having gone for a proper bike fit before. So i figured there might be something wrong with my body. Somehow i stumbled upon this video and have been doing the exercises religiously for 2-3 times a week and i dont know if its correlation or causation but i now feel alot more centered on the bike and have less saddle discomfort. All this without changing my bike position or fit. I'd reccomend this workout to anyone with similiar issues!

      NICE! Shocked it made that change for you! Must have been some rotation in the pelvis causing asymmetry!? Happy to help :)

    I use resistance bands as well
    I do mcgill big 3
    I suffered ITB sybdrome for years
    thanks to youtube I found the exercises for glutmed to prevent it from happening again
    other exercises i do are
    single leg rdl
    bulgarian squats
    lunges
    touch down squat
    reference:
    squat university

    i want to strengthen my core so i can ride low stack bikes, i got long legs and feels stuck with limited options

      You would be also well served on improving your spine mobility and posterior chain mobility (glutes, hamstrings, calves) - should put my get aero video

      Hello Michael. When I am over 40 I will be focusing a lot more on SandC then just cycling for better aging. I hope that answers your question :)

    I have problems with my shoulders (bursitis) such that I can’t do the side planks, which causes pain. Is there an alternative to this exercise that I can do that won’t irritate my shoulders ? Thank you

      I would recommend a monster walk instead or a plank on your hand instead
