That looks like a great circuit for mountain bike fitness. When doing the lying hamstring ball roll I start with ball much closer to body so you can pull ball further toward you so there is less chance your feet slip off when fully flexed at knee.

Hi Nino, could you make this kind of workouts at the comfort of your home. With that I'll have the idea of what to use, I only have 2 pairs of dumbbells 10 and 5 lbs. each and skipping rope. Or any workout you can suggest because of my limited equipment. My mtb is a 5 year-old 27.5 hardtail 2x10 drivetrain. I appreciate any information you may have. Thanks and keep safe.

great training! big ups nino! on the other hand does someone know the model of nino shoes, they are fucking awesome
it's a damn lot focus on core and balance. nothing wrong with that. but I'm convinced the strengh exercises seperated with squats pushups and deadlifts would be more efficient and your risk of injury would be less

So I am com from a diferrent realm (Martial arts) so I am kind of new to the sport so... what is the frame size of the bike he uses to one similar you can actually buy in a local shop I read he has uses 27.5 but I refer to a size small or medium?

A NiNo le ponen cualquier bicicleta y sigue siendo el mejor, lastima que la marca que usa como lo es Scott, tiene el peor servicio al cliente y la manera de resolver los problemas de garantía es la peor. No la recomendaría solo por el tipo de servicio que dan con las garantías.
Comin from a strictly weight training/bodybuilding/physique athlete background, shedding 30lbs of unnecessary muscle mass is going to be painful.
