Check out the Dutch show Ter Land, Ter Zee, en in de Lucht. It's the same premise where people have to build their own boat or other vehicle to ring a bell somewhere in a pond or on the other side of a small ledge. Most participants never get to the bell and it's so fun to see them fail
Fun fact! The “extreme capture the flag” aka yağlı direk is a turkish sport. The pole theyre climbing on is covered in oil, hence why its called yağlı direk meaning oiled pole

My god, I used to love these offbeat sporting events when I was a kid in the 80's. If you were lucky, you'd catch these on a random lazy Sunday afternoon. To me they were funny and way more exciting and interesting than your regular sports.
Some of those "Redbull" clips are actually from a really long running Dutch TV show that's called 'Ter land ter zee en in de lucht' (meaning: on land, on sea and in the air), which has zero to do with redbull actually! It has been running since 1973 and is still getting new episodes in 2024! Please like this comment so people can see this fun fact!
